Sandmoose, Bestbuy
7 April 2014
  • Summary: I have had nothing but trouble with Logitech over the last couple of years. The hardware is great but software has been terrible.
  • Pros: very comfortable, buttons and volume on headset are great
  • Cons: The Logitech software is needed for all features and doesn't work on Windows 8 or 8.1. Bass is weak

Worst headset ever

wightwhale, Bestbuy
24 March 2014
  • Summary: I've now gone through two of these headsets in under 3 years. I would say I have had them working properly less than half the time I've owned them.
  • Pros: good when it's not broken
  • Cons: breaks so easily

BUYER BEWARE

Smith, reviews.logitech.com
17 March 2014
  • Summary: If you wear glasses DO NOT buy this headset. The faux leather ear pads squeak against the frame of glasses. The squeak makes this unit unusable. Logitech support does not care. All they want to do is replace the unit with a new unit (with the same faux leather ear pads). NOTE: The G430 has cloth ear pads that are replaceable, but this unit does not.

Awesome

  • Excerpt: I have had the wired and the wireless pair and must say I prefer the wireless g930s. I Can get up from gaming and go into the kitchen grab a beer n come back with no connections issues unless the microwave is on and I'm near it. The only con that I'm sorta worried about is the link where the ear pieces are attached to the headset. I broke mine on my wired pair and worried I may do so on my 930's. but I bought the extended warranty and find it worth it.

Most annoying thing I have ever purchased

PBXX, reviews.logitech.com
21 February 2014
  • Summary: I've had this headset for about 4 months now and I can tell you, I have been tempted to throw it at the wall hundreds of times, and have twice. Sole reason, it disconnects at LEAST once every 5 minutes, on a good day! This is HEAVILY annoying during Skype calls, you will be in a conversation and likely be cut off mid-sentence for about 5-8 seconds. As a matter of fact, It disconnected 2 times while writing this!

Logitech G930 Review

funkmetal, Overclock
2 February 2014
  • Excerpt: I have had 3 of these over the past 2 years and I can say they are great when they work but tend to die after 8-12 Months of use. Logitech's support is great, just make sure you have your Proof of Purchase on file with them. The battery/charging port can cause problems after awhile, this was the main reason for all my RMA's. It tends to have a problem with it showing its charging but the battery will still be used and will die even when plugged in.

A real piece of junk

Olecram, reviews.logitech.com
8 January 2014
  • Summary: I am very repentant having bought these headphones. they produce strange noises, are switched off without reason, leaving without sound and leaving me very frustrated. I am a simracer and therefore need to maintain concentration for long periods of time, but if these headphones are being disconnecting every 3 minutes, it is impossible to do anything.
