Summary: working with logitech customer service is a nightmare. they take days to respond and ignore requests. basically they wanted me to return the headphones and once they receive it, they will send a replacement. i have no other headphones. i would be without headphones for 2+ weeks. i asked if i could send the defective once i received the replacement and they just ignored me and continued to ignore the request.
Pros: They are comfortable and block out the sound
Cons: They lose connectivity at random times. Sitting right next to the transmitter and it still cuts out for a couple of seconds. Sometimes when the headphone is plugged in, it loses connectivity.
Pros: The sound is okay (I'm no audiophile) and the wireless range is pretty decent.
Cons: After 19 hours of sitting on the charger, the wireless battery life lasts about 5 minutes before it starts beeping with its "low battery" warning. The headphones need to be wired roughly twenty times more than the time they are able to be wireless which is not a good ratio for billing something as a "wireless headset". It also frequently starts this constant, awful, screeching noise which makes the headset unusable. I believe it may have something to do with a low bat...
Cons: Second pair. First pair after owning two weeks wouldn't connect at all had to RMA. Second pair Wireless cuts out all the time. Have to reset computer after because sound is super quite. I love logitech products and I own a bunch but this is the biggest garbage I've ever owned from them.
Summary: Without those 2 major flaws this product would have been perfect and i would not be looking to buy something else again right now...
Pros: Sound is very good and microphone recordings are good qulaity too.
Cons: After a few years all the cushion parts have just decomposed themselves. They used cheap material and now they think I will buy another one or what? The power button is a pain in the neck. It takes a lot of time to turn on and off. Why logitech can't make a simple power button to work correctly?
Summary: I asked for a phone call back from the supervisor when he found something out instead the next morning I get a message basicaly saying I should of saved copies of the tracking number and all m history in my email which I had to explain to them there own system again! That i had no email ro fo off of that everything is in the support systrem which im locked out of.
Pros: Good quailty headset when it works Great for gaming!
Cons: Logitech Support PERIORD is horiable and there is nothing that will ever have me nuy a product from them again after years of praise if I can I will be talking to our IT ordering guy and having him order all keboard / mouse replacments from. It all started when the headset would not turn on any longer then ten mins at a time upon calling having to use Logitechs web based suppoer they send me another dongle which did not fix the problem. I tried to explain to about 10 ...
Summary: My problem is rare, and the physical headset is great quality as most Logitech products are. Customer service for this company has fallen off the map. Logitech should be embarrassed with the quality of their support team. (to be clear I run window 8.1 64 bit on a brand new computer.
Pros: Very solid construction Good sound Quality Comfortable
Cons: I have had an issue with the Logitech Gaming Software where my headset does populate in the list of connected Logitech devices. I have exhausted every effort possible to get these to work on my own without success. I contacted Logitech support in hopes to get some assistance with their software but the experience has been nothing short of nightmarish, neglectful and disrespectful. I spend several hours on the phone with tech support the first time I called and they we...
Don't Buy, and Don't Expect NewEgg Support To Help
Theresa G., Newegg
24 February 2015
Summary: Don't waste your money buy something else, and never ever expect Newegg customer support to do anything to help you.
Pros: They look nice
Cons: They don't work-When they first came they wouldn't charge, but I was like okay I bought the extended warranty on them so I'll just send them back and newegg will fix them because newegg is cool right? Wrong. Newegg then came up with a stupid excuse about why they couldn't fix them so after arguing with them for about an hour over it I just took it as it was and told them to send them back to me and I would send them to the other warranty company. So they finally get b...
Summary: Overall this headset is probably the worst product I have ever purchased from any company. I figured spending ~$100+ I would end up with a quality headset, but after having to fight with two of them (RMA'd the first one) I have decided to avoid buying anything Logitech in the future. None of these problems I have noted are by any means isolated incidents.
Pros: None. This headset is horrible. I bought one brand new and had to RMA it, got a second brand new one and it doesn't work either.
Cons: - Constantly disconnects and reconnects if you try to use it while it is plugged in/charging. - Battery only lasts about 20 minutes from 100%-0% charge. - Every once in a while it will completely lose connection with the wireless receiver and will start buzzing/humming insanely loud.
Summary: My advice to you is to keep looking for something in this price range because these are definitely not worth anywhere near 100$
Cons: This headset has been problematic from day one. Constant pops and clicks. Randomly shuts off and on. Brittle ear connectors. Software conflicts. Just overall a bad product. Logitech is well aware at this point of the issues with the software for simulated surround and has offered no solutions.
Pros: The headset sits nicely on the head and are very light weight. The g-keys are also a very nice feature but the con list is very large.
Cons: The headset looses connection with the base unit a lot. I tried moving the base far away and I tried with the base right beside me made know difference. I just stopped using these since its really a annoying having to here the noise of loosing connection to the base. I also tried moving the USB stick in all my USB ports that made know difference. I would say Buyer Beware. Don't waist your money on these. One last thing the sound is very dull its not full and it's very...
