Summary: working with logitech customer service is a nightmare. they take days to respond and ignore requests. basically they wanted me to return the headphones and once they receive it, they will send a replacement. i have no other headphones. i would be without headphones for 2+ weeks. i asked if i could send the defective once i received the replacement and they just ignored me and continued to ignore the request.
Pros: They are comfortable and block out the sound
Cons: They lose connectivity at random times. Sitting right next to the transmitter and it still cuts out for a couple of seconds. Sometimes when the headphone is plugged in, it loses connectivity.
Pros: The sound is okay (I'm no audiophile) and the wireless range is pretty decent.
Cons: After 19 hours of sitting on the charger, the wireless battery life lasts about 5 minutes before it starts beeping with its "low battery" warning. The headphones need to be wired roughly twenty times more than the time they are able to be wireless which is not a good ratio for billing something as a "wireless headset". It also frequently starts this constant, awful, screeching noise which makes the headset unusable. I believe it may have something to do with a low bat...
Cons: Second pair. First pair after owning two weeks wouldn't connect at all had to RMA. Second pair Wireless cuts out all the time. Have to reset computer after because sound is super quite. I love logitech products and I own a bunch but this is the biggest garbage I've ever owned from them.
Summary: Without those 2 major flaws this product would have been perfect and i would not be looking to buy something else again right now...
Pros: Sound is very good and microphone recordings are good qulaity too.
Cons: After a few years all the cushion parts have just decomposed themselves. They used cheap material and now they think I will buy another one or what? The power button is a pain in the neck. It takes a lot of time to turn on and off. Why logitech can't make a simple power button to work correctly?
Summary: I would stay away from these headsets. They feel cheap for the price. They disconnect a lot. They reset a lot when they disconnect. The sidetone setting sounds like a string and tin can. When fully charged it says 12 hours remaining...YEAH RIGHT. more like 2 if your lucky. Very disappointed.
Cons: Resets a lot and does not remember settings. Sounds muffled. Feels cheap.
Summary: I really enjoy logitech products and as such my gear is all logitech.
Pros: Ive had this headset for about a year and a half now and its great. I pretty much have no life so I game a ton and this is wearable for a solid 16 hours. I dont feel any pressure or any form of discomfort and I have a decently large head. So comfy. The battery in it is pretty good I feel like it can last me 5+ hours but Ive never timed it. Keeps trucking. This flip up your mic to mute is brilliant work. Not only does it mute but I can stuff my face without chewing my ...
Cons: Its made of plastic so I cant get mad and throw it. A shame.
If you are going wireless, this is a great choice.

Summary: Great price for a great product. Very satisfied.
Pros: Excellent build quality and comfort. Unmistakeably great audio quality and performance. A few thing I really love: -Mic mutes when in up position. -Included software has a host of great features. -Excellent and easy to bind function keys on left speaker. -No compromise in quality or performance for a wireless headset.
Cons: UBS dongle to attach the wireless receiver has USB extension to charge the unit. This stopped working after about a year so I charge the unit with my cell phone charger. These things happen to cables so I wont deduct an egg for it. Still excellent headset.
