Summary: I've been a logitech fanboy since I started playing counterstrike about 8 years ago, but this is the most upsetting headset I think has ever graced my ears. Such a disappointment.
Pros: -Wireless. Literally the only thing to like about this headset.
Cons: -I guess mic was broken from the minute I got it, didn't realize it had an upright position till I saw that my friends could stay in the "muted" position while using. Sound quality is really grainy when in the wireless mode, especially when it gets close to running out of battery; as well as not ...
Summary: I won't buy another one to replace it, and I would only recommend this to someone if they ran some crazy sale on it.
Pros: -Excellent sound quality and range. Works even when more then 20 feet from the receiver. -Great noise cancellation -Macro buttons are good for next track, play/pause, etc -Small light to indicate if microphone is muted.
Cons: -The plastic holding the earpiece the the headband was very thin, and after a few hundred times of putting the headset on and taking it off, it fractured and the earpiece was just dangling by the cord to the headband. -Weird compatibility issue's, for example, when the unit was connected to a USB...
Summary: You would think someone from Logitech would post a response but I think they do not have a solution. I think they miscalculated the continually dumping of this product on the market. Hey, Thanks for buying me these for me as a gift, they really are a downer.
Pros: I got these as a gift and was excited as I always wanted a pair of wireless head phones, Sound is fantastic compared to the other head phones I have owned and used.
Cons: It cuts out so much randomly, some times 2 minutes, some time 4 minutes, sometimes 20 minutes every time I use them. I have to reconnect manually by pushing a button on the side and it usually reconnects but by then the damage is done. In the middle of a well crafted game, boom its ambiance is lo...
Summary: Logitech has been going down hill over the past decade. They used to make amazing products and now it seems ever since they stopped making the MX5500 everything has gone to sh i t. I don't think I'll be giving them my business ever again, time to find a new go-to manufacturer.
Cons: This is one of the worst headsets I've ever owned. It bugs out all the time, freezes, even right now as I'm typing this I'm absolutely furious because it won't even turn off and the mute is completely frozen. This is a total piece of sh i t and I'd recommend you don't waste your money.
Pros: good sound quality (despite being cordless) decent battery life (4-ish hours) can charge while in use (edit: or not, as it turns out) good noise isolation comfortable
Cons: Several features (surround-sound and the function-key specifically) are not available without installing the "Logitech gamins software". The Logitech Gaming Software is an atrocious monster, it's a textbook example of bloatware: it does a whole bunch of other stuff besides enabling 7.1 surround s...
Summary: Dont bother! I was really disappointed with Logitech on this product. I had high hopes but all have been dashed!
Pros: Comfortable Easy setup Sound is great when it works about 30% of the time
Cons: Inconsistently works, like clockwork - will stop working whether plugged in or wireless when a fight starts or a good part to a movie comes around! No updates or updater - the Gaming software is clunky at best. Haven't tried contacting Logitech yet really looking forward to that, not!
Summary: Typically, I try not to write negative reviews unless I truly believe that the product or service deserves it. In this case, its the Logitech G930 headset. It has been nothing but a pain since day one. It sounds really good when it works, I'll give it that.
Pros: Sounds good
Cons: Continually turns off and on randomly short battery life bad driver support
