Easy to use, nice sound quality

Dustin B., Newegg
22 March 2016
  • Summary: If this headset ever broke, but going strong close to 8 months now I would definitely consider getting it again.
  • Pros: So far I've been using this headset about 3 or 4 times a week for a couple hours at a time since 7/31/2015 and I find it to be fairly comfortable, it has great sound quality, and the microphone works wonderfully. If you plan on using the buttons on the side the Logitech software is easy to naviga...
  • Cons: The only thing I can think of is for long periods of use, the top of your head may get a little sore. The pad is very centralized with the pressure but isn't that big of a deal.

For the money, not bad

Andrew H., Newegg
16 March 2016
  • Summary: Overall, good product, but time will tell about the overall build quality. Initial usage is quite satisfactory
  • Pros: Order was promptly shipped, and sound quality is good (both on headset and mic) Controls are easy to access and use Light for mic mute is extremely easy to see Even with maybe 25% volume, can barely hear outside (beyond that I am listening to)
  • Cons: Volume scroll is a little sensitive (not worth deducting an egg) Little uncomfortable after about 2 hours of use (but there might be some adjustment that is needed for the headset itself)

Logitech g35

Andrew V., Newegg
26 October 2015
  • Summary: If you can get past the small issues then it works wonderfully. If your sitting at your computer its better to keep the headset plugged. Although its not necessary, it will save you the frustration of running out of battery at crucial moments.
  • Pros: Sound quality 8/10 Bass quality 8/10 Surround 9/10 Time of ownership: February 2014 Not recommended for audiophiles, but I highly recommend for everyday use. I very much enjoy the glorious 7.1 Surround. I can hear where footsteps(CS:GO) are coming from. I've taken great care of mine so the mic an...
  • Cons: Used to make a high pitch eerie sound. I found out that it was because I plugged the Wireless USB into a 3.0 slot. Plugging into a 2.0 slot solved the issue. Like most say, the headset does turn off and on, but not often. It is irritating at time, but its not that big of an issue to me. A few tim...

Awesome, but buggy and broken headset

Anonymous, Newegg
8 October 2015
  • Summary: Very good while it lasted, honestly not sure if I'd recommend or not.
  • Pros: Excellent sound, could handle a lot. Clear treble and deep bass nicely balanced. The 'G' buttons on the side are awesome and re-programmable with Logitech Gaming Software. Good mic.
  • Cons: Computer is having a lot of trouble picking it up now after about a year. Stereo mix never worked with these headphones and it had issues a lot with Windows in general. Cord gets very tangled but it has a wrapping thing at least.

Nice headset

Jean-Denis T., Newegg
16 September 2015
  • Summary: I recommand that to everybody who's gaming with friends. the Microphone is nice with a small red light to indicate "mic off" volume controle imbeded, skip /pause on the left ear. My friend have one since 2012 and still working like a charme.
  • Pros: The headset his nice, confortable and nice sound getting out of it.
  • Cons: I had some issue whit my old hardware where when I play Middle Earth Shadows of Mordor the game crash while loading if the head set is plugged. I have to disconnect it and wait for the game to be fully loaded. Same issue with Battlefield 4. My hardware is 5 year old so it might be something relea...

Great sound, can be tight

Patrick K., Newegg

  • Pros: To be fair, I've never owned a SUPREMELY expensive headset, but these sound great to me. Voice is nice and clear too. Plenty of cord length. Sleek design.
  • Cons: Feel a bit tight, cord is a little too stiff and can kink often.

You get what you pay for

Menachi ., Newegg
17 July 2015
  • Pros: - Mic quality is surprisingly good - Directional sound is pretty good and works - For under $100 they do what they advertise - Build quality is smooth and rubbery and pleasant to the touch - Ear pads are not fluffy cushion like many but a plasticky leather texture. The're ok. If your head starts ...
  • Cons: Not much really. Nothing I can say is bad about these other than the sound is not amazing (or even Audio Technica good) as is expected at this price.

My favorite

Robert H., Newegg
20 June 2015
  • Summary: After over 5 years of owning 2 G35 headsets, I have NO problem springing for the high price on this product. It's Logitech. What more do you need? They look great, comfortable, great sound (keep waiting for my seat to vibrate, the bass is so good), USB (I love the connectivity of USB vs 3.5mm...
  • Pros: Great sound when you get it configured. I game a LOT, so I use all the major voice chats such as TS3, Ventrilo, Mumble, RaidCall, etc. Just have a friend in the chat tell you when you are coming through, loud and clear. It also works well with my music writing programs and gives clean, clear sound...
  • Cons: The swivels for the headphones ALWAYS break. However, the quality is decent enough that if you take proper care of the headset, you can prolong this. I don't see it as enough of an issue to warrant making a big deal out of it. Plastic breaks after a lot of use. These included. Some electrical tap...
