Logitech has the worst customer support i've ever encountered.

Summary: This thing was ok for like a month... then it cracked just above where the ear piece is where the hinge is. Honestly Logitech has the worst freaking customer support ever. I contacted them last thursday about wanting to get this replaced. At the rate this is going I decided to say screw it, and to buy a new razer headset. Logitech makes horrible headset's that feel flimsy and break easily. They are also one of the worst companies to have customer support.
Summary: I came from using a Creative Fatal1ty headset, a pretty entry level, bargain priced (but performed really well for me) headset. It died in a tragic vacuum accident a few days ago and I ordered a replacement for it here on Amazon. I then came across the Logitech G230 on sale at a local retailer and wanted to give it a try due to the high ratings and "superior" performance claims.
Summary: I ordered these as a replacement for my Turtle Beach X12's. In terms of sound, its great, as expected or above this price range of headphones. The other aspects of the headset are really disappointing. My microphone barely works, i sound very quiet and have to almost have the mic in my mouth for the sound to pick up. Its pretty uncomfortable if you wear it for more than an hour.
Summary: Got this in the mail about 2 weeks ago and I was very excited for them. I was quite dissappointed when I had worn them for a few hours and the top of my head was hurting so bad from the headband. Since I first got them the pain from them has still not gone away and it is unbearable, I have to plug in earbuds and wear these around my neck.
Summary: This headset is one of the worst i have bought. The voice echo is horrible and it picks up every noise in my room. I have had these for 2-3 months and the right ear speaker has already broken. Overall it is a bad headset and not worth the price.
Summary: I've been using the headphone set for a little over six months. It was really comfortable and sounded really great. But the plastic in the headphone set is really cheap; as a result, it started to fall apart. The return period had already ended, so I kept using it, and hoped the situation wouldn't get worse. But today, after six months of everyday use, the plastic and the bracket surrounding the headphone cup finally fell away, and now it just kind of dangles.
Summary: Everything is fine except the microphone, when i speak into the mic the voice picked up is very soft, but if you boost the volume in windows setting, the static/ white noise becomes unbearably loud
