Does the Trick

  • Summary: I'd recommend this headset for price and convenience alone. The comfort on the head might be hard to get use to however.
  • Pros: Convenient manipulative shape Comfortable on the ears Sound quality is good
  • Cons: After long wear, it can start to irritate the top of the head; it may be just my head, but I feel the underside of the arc not fully supported by the cushioned padding

Same as the G430s

Tarl O., Newegg

  • Summary: I have had 2 of the Logitech G430 headsets for about a year. My wife broke one of the headsets...but the G430s USB dongle still works. Doing some reading I had found out that the G430 and the G230 have the same headset, other then the color (blue vs red).
  • Pros: Good mic, comfortable for many hours and overall good sound.
  • Cons: The sound isn't the best if you are an audiophile, but it's still a solid gaming headset.

Good investment

  • Summary: Maybe with a sound card they a re louder? I use on board audio.
  • Pros: I have owned multiple headsets from Turtle Beach to whatever high brand name you can think of. These have lasted more than 2 years. Really durable headset and I put it through some abuse.
  • Cons: The sound seems to not be amplified as loud as other headsets. Would love to find a pair with this durability with better speaker performance.

Wish it lasted longer.

STEPHEN D., Newegg

  • Summary: I have had it for about 6 months and was hoping it would last longer before having issues. But it did get pretty heavy use from me and my two boys.
  • Pros: Good sound, comfortable, strong chord.
  • Cons: Sound is a little quiet when using the mic, right earphone has stopped working.

Performance/value as expected

Colby K., Newegg

  • Pros: Lightweight, comfortable and decent sounding for the price. I've been able to wear these for hours at a time without sore ears. I was able to score these for just under $30, which gives me NO room to complain. At $50, they are passable for most uses.
  • Cons: Sounds like a $50 headset, bass response not awesome, highs aren't super clear. However, I knew this would be the case going into this purchase.

  • Pros: -nice headset -comfy -good sound quality
  • Cons: I've had this headset since December and since then one of the sliders fell out and the right speaker fell out, sadly. other than that it's an amazing product, like most of Logitechs products

  • Summary: Right things you need to know: 1.This is a PC head set with an analog plug in, one for sound another for mic. If you do not have both you may need to get an adapter or you may want to look into a USB set up instead. 2.
