Summary: Ordered this for use with Skype and online gaming. I am using Windows 7, the headset installed automatically without need of any additional drivers or software (also no annoying 3rd party software to bog down my system). There are controls on the outside of the right speaker - I didn't notice them at first and couldn't figure out why nobody could hear me. Delivery, as always ,was fast and it was packaged well. Thanks again Overstock!
Summary: I have had zero complaints about Overstock.com until now. I purchased this headset and had thought it was new in box. It wasn???t. Also it didn???t work at all, not even recognized when plugged into the usb port. The good thing out of all this is that returning the item seems like it should be easy.
