Uncomfortable

Brandon H., Newegg
20 June 2015
  • Summary: These are good if you don't really use them much or just for calls because the mic is pretty good for the price but wearing them for hours is a bad idea if you don't make baby ears.
  • Pros: -Good sound -Good mic -Good for small ears
  • Cons: Tiny ear cups that I can't wear for long periods of time without my ears being irritated because my ears stick out more then the company who made these expected.

worked great...for a bit

lostinflorida, Office Depot

  • Excerpt: this product worked great with good sound. worked for about a month, then just died. looked online and support and they said "replace". This is a great product if you need something "right now", but for long term use, im going with another brand.
  • Pros: good sound quality
  • Cons: Quality

Okay

Zach d., Newegg
13 May 2013
  • Summary: Bought this from target for 25 bucks, was on sale and i used a gift card for it, had it for about 2 months before it got caught so high up on in my hair and got really tangled. It was either cut my lushes blond locks, or break my headset, so i tore the ear cup off.
  • Pros: Good sound, okay length in wire, easy to mute and volume control
  • Cons: Not comfortable for more than 2 hours so for long time gaming its not that great, if you have long hair it WILL get caught in the ear pieces even while in a ponytail, the adjustment for head size will slide and will fall off your head if your not upright Its just better to save the 20$ to get a b...

  • Excerpt: I bought two of these. One is still working, but the other one didn't last a month. I will not put this much money in the next time that I buy a headset.

Cheap product

Skwurr, Office Depot
30 December 2012
  • Excerpt: I bought this from another store months ago and it didn't last me very long. The cord came out of the mute button and it ripped off of the chip inside so it was unfixable. It did sound good that one month I had it though but I would not buy it again.
  • Pros: Easy to Use, Sound Quality
  • Cons: Design, Performance, Expensive, Build Quality

Uncomfortable

Michael S., Newegg
11 November 2012
  • Pros: sound is okay; mic is okay.
  • Cons: hurts the ears, very badly; if you wear them for more than an hour your ears will hurt. The left speaker went out, ive had them for about a year--im not sure how long a headset normally lasts, but it is a bummer.

Good but didn't last

Cebastien P., Newegg
2 November 2012
  • Summary: I didn't buy it from Newegg. Great product overall but doesn't last.
  • Pros: Great sound quality, great microphone too. The mute and sound controls are very useful. Good customer support from Logitech.
  • Cons: First pair lasted for about a month before it just wouldn't get detected, Logitech promptly sent a new pair without having to send the old one. Second pair lasted for about a year (somewhat heavy usage, 2-3 drops on the floor) and started malfunctioning. Sometimes a one speaker would give up and ...

Expired after 6 months

Thomas H., Newegg
16 September 2012
  • Pros: Sounded good. Comfortable. Clear audio.
  • Cons: Bought these on March 4th. By September 10th they were barely functional. One side of the audio cuts out unless I hold my head and a weird angle.

Not too impressed

Raven B., Newegg
21 August 2012
  • Summary: I was shocked at the lack of longevity with this headset, as I have owned two previous Logitech headsets both of which lasted approximately a year and a half, I take very good care of my headsets and do not allow the cords to be twisted or rolled tightly, or in any way yanked or tugged.
  • Pros: Sits on the head well, headphones are comfortable after a week or two of adjustment, mic picked up voice clearly for awhile. Very nice for the time that it worked properly.
  • Cons: Just one week short of having owned this headset for 5 months I'm finding that the mic will suddenly cut out and not pick up any sound for anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes before coming back in (this happens frequently now). In addition, on some occasions when it does pick up sound it gives listener...
