lostinflorida, Office Depot
30 July 2013
  • Excerpt: this product worked great with good sound. worked for about a month, then just died. looked online and support and they said "replace". This is a great product if you need something "right now", but for long term use, im going with another brand.
  • Pros: good sound quality

  • Excerpt: I bought two of these. One is still working, but the other one didn't last a month. I will not put this much money in the next time that I buy a headset.

Cheap product

Skwurr, Office Depot
30 December 2012
  • Excerpt: I bought this from another store months ago and it didn't last me very long. The cord came out of the mute button and it ripped off of the chip inside so it was unfixable. It did sound good that one month I had it though but I would not buy it again.
  • Pros: Easy to Use, Sound Quality
  • Cons: Design, Performance, Expensive, Build Quality

Bad reception, bad recording and heavy`

soapers, Office Depot
3 November 2009
  • Excerpt: bought these for VOIP applications, and found that there is a low electronic hum in the earpiece that is like electronic water torture after an hour. I tried recording with both the Microsoft recorder and Audacity and the electronic hum became pronounced and the recording was unusable. The headsets although padded were quiet uncomfortable and heavy. I traded in for GIGAWARE's less expensive USB headset - no electronic hum, no recording issues, and light and easy to use.
  • Cons: Expensive, Performance, Sound Quality, background noise, recording distrotion, communication distortion

OK but not all that comfortable and be careful where you plug it in

The Badger "NameOfTheDragon", Amazon
12 January 2015
  • Summary: The headset is OK but not that comfortable for long periods of use. The electronics is built into the USB plug which makes for a very long connector, which is a very bad idea. Think lever. USB sockets were not designed to be mechanically strong and sooner or later you will accidentally knock the connector and likely break whatever it is plugged into. If that is the front of your computer than that can be difficult to repair without buying a new case.

waste of time

John Spandli, Amazon
2 April 2014
  • Summary: The sound quality is poor compared to another headset by logitech I owned. Not very sturdy or durable. I say go for Logitech's 250 usb headset.

Lynde, pricebat.ca
24 August 2013
  • Excerpt: Excellent sound high quality. Affordable plastic construction. Did not hold up properly to each day use. Simply stopped working within a couple of months of me working with it. It's cheap, if it breaks you can just get one more.

Logitech ClearChat Comfort USB Supra-aural Headset

Manuela, pricebat.ca
23 April 2013
  • Excerpt: Works reasonably properly for what it is. There are a lot of issues with this headset due to it being USB, and the way Windows will only output to a single device. You can't have your speakers and headset operating at the similar time. This is a huge discomfort for any person who ever desires to get up from their laptop and nevertheless hear sound. Some apps let you switch outputs, but it's nonetheless a discomfort and anything but quick.
