Good PC Headset w/some draw backs but I WOULD RECOMMEND IT
10 June 2013
Summary: I was really excited when I got these wireless pc headphones & mic, and for the most part they work great, but the draw back is that they need to be charged but after 1/2 day of use, I wear them all day at work so I have to be tethered to them late in the day which defeats the purpose, they have great and bad range, at times far away & I'm talking about 50 feet or in the restroom (farther) I still get good reception but at my desk closest to the wireless antenna it makes...
Summary: As per numerous other reviews, initially I thought that this product was great, but after about 6 months, the left year kept cutting in and out and eventually failed altogether. Unit it failed, I was very happy with it. Currently have Asus HS-1000W as replacement.
Summary: Great product in principle but very poor range - when used with a Mac anyway. I have had several RF wireless headsets and this is the worst by far for reception. If you don't want to leave the room or can get a long USB lead from the Mac to where you want to listen, no problem. Looking at the other reviews, which are largely positive, it may be fine with a PC.
Summary: Great little headset, crystal clear with a microphone that isn't overly obtrusive and gets in the way. The controls are really easy to use such as volume control and quick dialing. I use this when I'm on skype and its really quick and easy to get up and running, plug and play infact - which is nice. The ear cups can be a little hard on ears after while of wearing this but you either get used to it like me or you take rest breaks.
