Pros: Highly rated item. Shipped defective unit. NewEgg is not so good.
Cons: Just don't buy refurbished from Newegg. Refurbished was obviously never tested. Broken on arrival. Their return process is great and the call center folks are wonderful. Unfortunately just about everything else is sub par. Slow, no poor communication, no response to email, on line chat just spins...
Cons: I bought the referbed headset, the left earpiece has a short in it and will only work if you are pressing on the plastic. Tried to get a refund, but it's not offered since it's a refurb. Live and learn.
Summary: I would have really loved to buy a slightly more expensive version some multimedia controls and a much smaller mute microphone button. That would be a 5 egg product for me.
Pros: *Ease of use. *Good sound quality for the price range. *Microphone does not get in the way. *Very light.
Cons: *Poorly refurbished? (my version at least) first few hours I was using it without problem but then the sound started cutting in and out with a very annoying sounding static. This does not happen all the time but when it does it is very annoying. I have moved the extended wireless transmitter all ...
Cons: Dies quickly and needs to be plugged in while wearing often. You might as well buy 3 wired headsets for the price of this since it basically becomes wired anyways. I had TWO sets where the left ear died within 6 months, rubbish product.
Summary: a product like that should not be Listed for 100 bucks and on site like this shouldnt even be more than 30 bucks.... I mean i've bought many quality products from logitech for more than 100 bucks and felt very satisfied but this is a major disappointment to say the least....
Pros: good when it worked
Cons: the way Logitech design that mic component is very flawed, it somehow messes with the speaker parts inside and if you flip that thing up or down a few times, the left speaker is going to become audible half of the time and then down to zero....so yea, they lets you swerve the mic up or down but t...
Summary: If not for the GLARING, EGREGIOUS issue with the audio cutting out, these would make a great pair of headphones for a non-audiophile. It's unbelievable that they'd put this product out (and keep it out). Wish I had done more research before my purchase.
Pros: Lightweight, small, relatively comfortable, easy to keep charged, long range.
Cons: As mentioned everywhere else in these reviews, the left earphone audio cuts out after a short period of time (a few months for me).
Summary: Can't believe logitech stamped their name on this. Makes me question all their products now. 160 us dollars on 2 separate headsets with only one earpiece working on each one. Cons occurred within the first ten hours of use most likely.
Pros: The distance you can travel from the receiver, as advertised, is correct.
Cons: Like so many others who have written reviews, one side of the earpiece failed within the first few weeks. I used for quite some time and then bought another brand new one. Again, within a few weeks an earpiece failed.
Summary: After this headset shorted out. I bought another Logitech Headset (G330). And while its fine most of the time the mute switch never worked and due to two failed products in a row I will no longer buy Logitech brand products.
Pros: It looked and felt great for a month or so.
Cons: After a month or so the left head phone started to short out. I looked it up and this is an EXTREMELY common problem with this headset.
