Intermittent fault after two weeks use
13 March 2011
Summary: I bought these for my adult son to use with his online games. He is disappointed to say the least. Problems after only a couple of weeks. Reasonable quality sound WHEN they work. There are many reports of the intermittent failure of the left ear piece. Logitech are less than helpful. Tried a repair described as simple by another user only to have damaged them completely, should have made him wait and get them refunded.
Works good for 3 months then left ear piece fails !

Summary: I had 2 of these and both times after around 3 months the left side just dies and cuts out. I won't be buying from them again due to poor quality. I figured the 1st time was just by chance but after reading many reviews, it appears that everyone seems to have this issue. Waste of money.
Summary: For what is a pretty expensive item I found this to be very poor, VOIP did not work well at all, people kept telling me the line cuts off / drops / very intermittent. I tried to use this as a work VOIP device to give me some freedom when I'm on a conference call, but I've gone back to a `wired' version as I just cannot trust this item. The battery seeded to track really quickly as well, my 2.5 hours went by VERY quickly.
Summary: I own the logitech Premium 350 headset and bought these hoping to free myself from the wires. However the wireless product at 3 times the price sounds utterly dreadful in comparison. A simple test listening to an Mp3 from media player and you can hear breaks in transmission to the headset.
