Summary: Losing my VoIP Desk Phone at work for VoIP Soft Phone (running from my laptop). This little speaker phone is great for support and conference calls. It comes with a zippered case and is easily stored in my laptop bag. Plus Amazon had it at a good cost.
Excellent for Lync, Skype and other Audio/Video conferencing

Summary: The sound quality of this unit is excellent, and is on par with the quality of my Avaya 9611G desk phone when I'm less than 4 feet from it. It does a decent job with multiple users in the room as well, but everyone needs to be within 5 feet of it.
Summary: I'm a telecommuter (I work out of the house) & my company has recently switched to VOIP (voice over the internet/through our laptops) & I couldn't stand being tethered to my laptop via a headset. This speaker phone works great..
Summary: I got this speakerphone for work so that I could talk to my offshore team with my onshore team via Lync. The quality is great and the mic level is perfect. I have had a room of people speak from about 5 feet from the device at normal voice level and the other end hear it perfectly.
Summary: I make lots of Lync calls with a headset, but I am on more and more calls where I have a number of people in the room, but I connect via Lync. This makes it so all of us can hear and be heard.
Summary: I had sound problems and weird feedback issues with the Polycom Communicator USB Speakerphone. I thought it was my connection or IP Softphone (company uses the Cisco IP Communicator software). A friend of mine recommended this and it's been like night and day.
Summary: We have a mid size conference room that seats about 12. We bought an $800 conference phone from another manufacturer. I wanted one for my office and we tried the Jabra. For $30 it was worth the risk to see what we could get for 5% of the cost of the other. I was shocked at well it works.
Summary: We bought the Logitech Jabra BSP420 USB for doing skype conference calls with a bigger audience in a room. Plugging it into the PC (Windows 7) works right away: Windows detects the device and installs a driver automatically. We already tried on several PCs, works without a problem.
