  • Summary: I've experienced 4-5 dropped calls PER DAY since beginning use. I'll be taking it back this weekend and exchanging it for a different type of blue tooth.
  • Pros: easy to use and connect

Nice Idea, Poorly Executed.

hedgy700, CNET
15 December 2013
  • Summary: The ear buds tied to a collar where the weighty electronics are seemed like a good idea, but as mentioned the magnets don't really hold the ear buds in when not in use. Also, the wires to the buds look kind of dorky.
  • Pros: Wireless, Sound Quality Good, Volume Control and Track Change on Harness portion
  • Cons: Magnets that hold ear buds to collar while not in use are not strong enough to keep ear buds in place, so if so they fall off and flop around inside your bag., Sometimes they would only take a charge if I had the on/off switch on.

Great noise canceling, but poor construction.

Melissa B., Newegg
25 July 2013
  • Summary: My husband is a trucker driver & used this headset daily. The sound quality was awesome! He's had several other headsets that claim to be noise canceling, but none of them have ever worked as well as this one.
  • Pros: Great noise canceling & sound quality. Comfortable to wear.
  • Cons: Poor construction. Not durable.

Month of use

Anonymous, Newegg
10 July 2013
  • Summary: I've been fighting with LG for 2 1/2 months now to have the headset looked at. They initially gave me an incorrect address via email to ship the device and that took 2 months to get the package back.
  • Pros: Easy to use Comfortable Cheap Fits under shirt collar
  • Cons: After 1 month the headset stopped charging after exactly 15 minutes of being on the charger. I know it's bluetooth, but even 10 feet away, at line of sight, the sound would fade and by 15-20 feet it was totally unusable. Had the same experience with my galaxy S2. I've primarily used this with my ...

Worked well until it broke

Anonymous, Newegg
10 February 2013
  • Summary: This is a message I received from support: "Unfortunately, since you bough the headset from an unauthorized dealer your product isn’t covered by the warranty. In that case you will you contact your dealer to get you a receipt from the store, not the dealer so that your product can be covered by the...
  • Pros: Good sound quality Comfortable Price
  • Cons: Very limited range (<10 ft away from devices line of sight) Recently stopped charging after 15 minutes. LG doesn't honor NewEgg for warranty.

Disappointed

Ron S., Newegg
7 February 2013
  • Summary: - Read about issues for the newer 730 version, hoped the older 700 would work better. - Great Design, just did not work.
  • Pros: - Great convenience and feel - Easy to move around and use
  • Cons: - Consistently poor quality sound / voice in, voice out - Lot's of complaints on other end about 'breaking up' during calls. - Used with LG phone but still had issues (Spectrum 2) - Pairing sometimes only resulted in Music Only - Not phone connection with mic. Had to power off, restart, etc.

These stink for multiple devices

Michael W., Newegg
4 January 2013
  • Summary: If they had simply put a Toggle switch so you could toggle between devices it would have made these headphones TOLERABLE! As it is, the only reason I am not returning them as I got them on sale, the shipping costs to return wouldn't make it worth it.
  • Pros: The range on these are much better than my old 2.1 headset, I can now leave my Iphone connected to my computer and roam my entire place, with good clarity. They are comfortable to wear, and I love that the Bluetooth radio is not laying on my Head
  • Cons: These are pretty much USELESS as a PC/Phone headset. This unit will not support multiple connections of similar devices, such as an Iphone and Computer gaming, or Console. Pretty much this is only good for an Iphone and a dedicated stereo, which pretty much does not exist these days. If your look...
