Great for running

Donald C., Newegg
6 May 2012
  • Pros: I bought two pair a few years ago, and have used them exclusively for running almost every day since. They have withstood the abuse and are outstanding for the price.
  • Cons: Behind the neck wire is awkward and hard to keep adjusted, but really a minor issue for the price.

User Review

Carlos S., Newegg
31 January 2012
  • Summary: For the price of around $50 it's not bad. I would have preferred to pay a little less, but they're not horrid.
  • Pros: It's bluetooth, decent audo quality all things considered. It fits nicely over the ear.
  • Cons: Volume buttons are difficult to locate when operating. The audio quality isn't that great, but it's bluetooth, so I wasn't expecting extreme performance from it.

Great for the gym

adam c., Newegg
20 April 2010
  • Pros: Works well. Great price. Nice not being chained to your device with ear plugs. Less chance of breaking my phone in the gym now.
  • Cons: Voice quality not the greatest. Seems a little delicate.

Great for running

Donald C., Newegg
20 April 2010
  • Summary: Audio is to be expected at this price point, but more than adequate for running. Works great with a Blackberry Curve 8330 and a Motorola Droid with no skipping. Have used these almost daily for over 6 months and couldn't be happier.
  • Pros: Great compatibility, secure fit, comfortable.
  • Cons: Cord that connects left side to right side is a little difficult to keep adjusted when running, but just a inconvenience, not a real problem.

Great buy, good features

Graham M., Newegg
16 April 2010
  • Summary: For this price, everything I could have asked for in these little headphones!
  • Pros: - Can sync with both Windows 7 PC and cell phone at the same time - The equalizer button up top is easy to miss. Most of the settings sound terrible, but there is one that is great for music. - Battery lasts many days even with use
  • Cons: - Could fit on the ears a little better - Cord is a little awkward behind the head (neither bad enough to be worth dropping a star for)

It's ok

Bob H., Newegg
3 April 2010
  • Summary: It sounds really more like a cheap pair of headphones but they only cost $3X. If you got them at retail price,($100), I feel sad for you . . . very sad. I've been spoiled with good Sony ear-buds, Entomonic ER-6s and Sennheiser head-sets.....
  • Pros: It pairs easy. It sounds really good when you listen to someone. It seems to sound good on the other end when you talk to someone, (that's what they say).
  • Cons: Switching between music and headset can be a pain in the hinder.

not bad

carol g., Newegg
2 April 2010
  • Summary: all in all it was a terrific value for the $$. not worth the retail $100. but definitely worth under $40. works great with PS3 as well. i used it for MLB the show and Battlefield.
  • Pros: battery life with these is absolutely phenomenal. they last and last and last. very light weight. convenient. stylish.
  • Cons: sound quality with bumpin music or loud rocking music will get distorted with just about and bluetooth. this one is no exception. has a few static moments here and there. does not work with voice command on android 1.6. when you press to call it just calls the last # you dialed. i would have like...

Great for Running/Exercising

Octavio M., Newegg
31 March 2010
  • Summary: I bought these primarily for running outdoors and on a treadmill. I've also used these for extensive calisthenic workouts. These work great for these purposes, they stay attached firmly and the buttons are easy to access. The sound is great for audiobooks and adequate for music.
  • Pros: Good stereo quality. Easy Connectivity. No skipping. Attaches firmly and comfortably to ears - even when sprinting.
  • Cons: Not audiophile quality music - no bluetooth is.

Nice headset when on sale

Craig W., Newegg
30 March 2010
  • Summary: I really like this headset for going to the gym and working out. It's over the ear fit and light weight makes great for that. I can also skip/replay songs using the controls, and even answer/place a call if I need to without fishing my phone out.
  • Pros: Great little headset, has a long playback and standby time, and pairs with just about everything Bluetooth. The device has two modes, one is mono-mode where it uses the other channel for audio return (aka headset mode). It works well as a headset, but the audio quality in this mode is marginal at...
  • Cons: Always starts in mono-mode, despite pairing computer/phone wanting to pair in stereo mode. Mode switching is easy (just a quick button tap), but it should pair in stereo-mode if that's the profile asked for. The "built in equalizer" is a nice idea, but poorly implemented and hard to adjust, since...

Perfect for the gym

Brenda B., Newegg
24 March 2010
  • Summary: I love these headphones. I took a risk when I bought them on Woot and now I wish I'd bought two pairs. I needed something to wear when walking/running and I really didn't want to use something wired that I might accidentally catch with my arm and send my iPhone crashing to the treadmill.
  • Pros: + Good volume control--plenty loud + Good fit + Wireless is great for use during exercise + No worries about switching to phone service if a call comes in
  • Cons: None
