Summary: I was looking for a spare set of earbuds. I will not use these because I hate the way they sound. I'll keep them around to loan to my kids when they forget their own headphones. These earbuds severely lack bass and are much too harsh in the upper treble; their sound actually hurts my ears when playing certain songs.
Summary: This pictures of the KEB24 by Koss show this product as having a reinforced wire under each earbud. The pair I recieved has the same cord all the way into the earbud. Not much reinforcement. Lacks low notes. The Apple Earbuds that came with my Iphone 3Gs actually have better base than the Koss KEB24. I would look elsewhere and find a better pair.
Summary: Use it during commuting on Bart, running and work out. It really block out most of the noise and you could hear the nuances of music very well. But the long/short cords, I rather not see. Make it look imbalanced and hard to keep untangled.
Pros: Comfortable, Good Bass, Good Value, Great Sound, Stylish
Summary: Used to use the iphone earbuds but they kept falling out of my ears when out walking. These, with the smallest adapter, solved that problem. Not a 'sound' expert, but they sound great to me, too. Also, I work in a crowded workspace, and they keep the chatter at bay even with the volume on a very low level.
Pros: Comfortable, Good Value, Great Sound, Lightweight, Stay in my ears
Summary: Wanted a suitable replacement for my excellent V-Moda Bass Freq Modaphones (8Hz – 22,000Hz Frequency Response. Rumble Rumble, Son!) which had lost audio on one side after my Zune fell off my hip and yanked the cord out of the player. Pretty disappointing, that. I'd dropped my player twice before with other earphones without them suffering a catastrophic failure.
Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Good Bass, Good Value, Great Sound, Lightweight, Stylish
Cons: Bass limit 15Hz not 10Hz, Uncertain Durability
