Excerpt: Long time UE fan and have recently switched to these. These are a perfect balance of fit, style, and performance. Most notably with the ear shape and the flat cord. Performance wise these are on par with other > $ earbuds. The complaints about bass are unfounded in my experience. The base is clear and where it should be.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Use, Great Sound Quality
Excerpt: I bought this product to use with the iPod under a helmet on my Harley rides. I previously purchased the S4i II and found it to be the best at the time compared to so many other expensive brands as it had a good blend of treble, and bass which could be heard in spite of the Harley rumble. The ceramics in the X7i are very comfortable and produced good clear treble and mid range. They advertised "Thundering bass" and these headphones were twice the price.
Excerpt: I wrote 2 reviews under hollywood king and 90210 king and gave it a 5 star. The item broke down on me in 5 months. KIPSCH HAS the worst customer service. The item was under warranty and it has taken them 4 weeks to process the warranty. Don't waste your money on this item and Klipsch.
Cons: Falls Off/Out Of Ear, Flimsy Construction, Poor Sound, Poor Value, Too Much Ambient Noise, Uncomfortable
Excerpt: I'm going on my third pair of Image X7i headphones. Not because I like them so much, but because they keep breaking. I bought my first pair in the fall, and within 7 months I've gone through 3 pairs. They are comfortable, stylish, and sound great, but one side keeps cutting out. LAME.
Excerpt: These new headphones are actually not as good as the 4i model I bought 18 months ago. For the price tag, I have no idea what the manufacturer thinks is better! This would get one star but I like the flat cord. I am truly disappointed in this product and have already stuck them in a drawer preferring the S4i I already own.
Summary: I managed to find these $200 off retail (Canada). They are great IEMs but i believe the $300 tag is a bit high for Canadian buyers, I believe these can compete with earbuds around the $150-$200 range.
They have an excellent signature, with the mids really coming forward. They have a good bass presence, one which is very smooth as opposed to punchy.
Pros: Clear defined mids and highs, smooth bass, lightweight, durable ceramic
Sounds great, build quality could be better though.

Summary: I have owned several pairs of the Klipsch S4's and now this pair of X7i's. These sound very good, much clearer and more defined than the S4's. Unfortunately, this will be my last pair of Klipsch headphones. All of my S4's ended up breaking in under a year with one side failing to play sound, and my X7i's died in under 4 months.
Summary: One of the best-looking headphones on the market that feel even better in your hands. The ceramic casing feels solid and has an elegant polish to it. They can be worn over-ear to reduce the (unfortunately high) cable noise, or when doing sports. The main issue with these headphones is the jack extending vertically from your phone, which means that it will slowly bend whenever you climb stairs with your phone in your pocket while listening with headphones.
Summary: The x7i are some of the best if not the best sounding earphones i've ever had, far beater then by old beats. But just under month of having them the right side stopped working. So if you like amazing sound get these but remember to be careful.
