Pros: I would say these are pretty solid ear buds all around. Much more robust then say what Skullcandy puts out these days. They don't tangle nearly as much as the new Apple Earbuds either. The mids and highs are crystal clear and I haven't heard any complainants from the microphone calling people.
Cons: The sound reproduction is a little thin for my liking and lacks a more prominent bottom end. I listen to a lot of Metal, little rap, little techno/drum n bass and in all of these genres I feel like the bass just isn't quite there.
Conclusion: So the sound in these is substantially better than similarly priced skull candy sets. I would actually put these in the same category as Beats (not quite as good, but almost half the price tag and they're really comparable in quality), only you don't have the name recognition so people walking by won't know how cool you are. I've had these for about 6 months with no problems, but I put them in the case every time I'm not using them.
Excerpt: I purchased these headpones to work with my first generation iPad and 2011 MacBook Pro and to replace a set of Bose in ear headphones that were accidently destroyed in a horrific vacuum cleaner accident.
Summary: Yes, this product shots out noise. I used to use apple ipod ear plugs and turn the volume all the way to max. But with this Klipsch ear plug, I don't have to anymore! The remote works well. One thing bothered me though - I realized the remote got a crack only after less than one week I got it. For the price I paid, little too fragile. But over all, I am happy with the purchase.
Summary: As a musician I appreciate the quality of audio frequencies these headphones deliver, but without the largest silicone tips provided installed the bass just isn't deep enough. With the largest tips installed noise isolation is very good and it does take some adjustment getting used to talking on the phone with them both in.
Pros: Compact, Good Value, Great Sound, Lightweight
Summary: I use this on my daily commute to NYC on the bus. I have other earbuds for the iphone but this one provide the best noise isolation. The wire does feel a little flimsy. I would have given a 5 stars if not of this.
Excerpt: I think these are a bit steep at a hundred bucks. They dont sound much better to me that the ones that came with the iPhone, they do stay in the ear much better however and they are comfortable. I could see fifty dollars at best.
