Pros: Great Sound. I got these for $34 on sale here, but I would say they are worth the $98 they are selling for now. Just a great sound balance over all. I don't claim that I can tell good from great sound, but I can certainly tell good from adequate, and these are definitely good.
Summary: The quality of the sound really shines when you jack the volume up (discretion is advised, don't blow your eardrums out). I could have easily been out a few hundred dollars for comparable quality, but I'm glad I gave these a chance.
Pros: Very clear sound, deep bass, and quality you'd expect from a celebrity endorsed product that would cost $200 or more from your local Best Buy.
Cons: As with all in-ear buds, you'll get some noise from the wire rubbing against clothes or other surfaces.
Summary: At first I was quite disappointed with these. I felt that they were properly isolating the noise and thought I had the right size isolators on but decided to try the large size and wow, what a difference. The bass finally showed up and I was quite impressed. At lower volumes these earbuds are very nice and clear and I love my highs so they sound fantastic. However, at high volumes they get incredibly bright almost to the point of being painful.
Pros: Great response, incredible volume, crystal clear highs, strong lows
Cons: Rubber isolators feel kind of cheap and thin compared to many of my other earbuds and after wearing them for long periods of time at work get uncomfortable. Very bright and almost need an EQ to pull them into a more comfortable frequency response.
Summary: This is the budget earbud you have been looking for. Been on sale for ~$35, so keep an eye out. Also I haven't had them long enough to comment on durability, but it hasn't shown any signs yet. Lastly, requires cleaning on the tip somewhat often.
Pros: Great sound, an improvement after replacing my ~$30 sennheiser buds. Feels relatively balanced in the frequency response. Oval tip creates a much better seal than circular ones. These will allow you to listen in noisy environments as if they weren't.
Cons: -Great sound isolation: this can be a double edged sword. I have had people walk up right next to me without me noticing multiple times. Don't expect to understand the person next to talking you even at moderately low volumes. -I would prefer a 90 degree turn on the end of the cable, instead of straight when using with an mp3 player.
Pros: So comfortable in your ears that you may forget you are wearing them! Loud (but this is a good thing!) and crisp clear sounds with strong bass but not overwhelming. Best earphones for the dollar in my opinion.
Pros: Very good sound. The bass is excellent the treble is good, the mid range is ok. Comes with a range of different ends to fit any ear opening size. Important when you have small ear openings. When they say noise isolating they mean it.
Cons: If they aren't in quite right they don't sound very good. Also, the S4i model went on sale shortly after I got these. I would have liked to have the controls on the cord.
