Summary: Having not bought these from Amazon, I was intrigued to see the price and ultimately sought to look through the reviews for other people's takes on the product. It seemed fair to throw my opinion into the fray. My suspicion is that many people are suffering from the endemic issue of fake premium earphones on the internet, something that I have experienced many times before with various models of Sennheiser.
Beware - these WILL BREAK after just a few months...

Summary: I loved everything about the older S4 model except for one very fundamental problem - they have a design flaw whereby, no matter how well you look after them, the internal wiring wears through at the point where the cable meets the jack, so after a few months one of the earphones cuts out and stops working. This happened to no less than three pairs in a row so, obviously, I stopped buying them after that.
Summary: These headphones are only for apple products, the controls will not work correctly with android. This is not clear in the description and it seems that there is no alternate rugged product for android. The item I bought seems to have quickly developed a fault with the driver in the right ear, I am hoping for a replacement under guarantee. Seems that the price has increased by 50% since I purchased in December 2013 too.
Summary: These headphones sound terrible out of the box- that's the first thing that struck me. They are also extremely uncomfortable. Both these things were due to the dreadful plastic tips. I bought some expensive foam Comply tips for them, and suddenly they were a comfortable and reliable fit, and sounded a great deal better, because they actually sealed.
Summary: I purchased these in the black Friday sale for £35 to replace my original Klipsch Image S4 Headphones (not II with the flat cable). I have owned a vast range of of mid-market in-ear headphones (£15-£60) from the likes of sony, sennheiser, JVC etc and and in my opinion Klipsch's S4 range are the clear winners in terms of sound quality.
Summary: Everything is almost perfect for earphones in its price category. Only minor fault is the need to fit it in properly every time, if you really want to take advantage of the noise cancellation.
Summary: The sound is phenomenal, no question about it. The sound stage is impressive to say the least. The bass is just right, not too overbearing but certainly not lacking. Frankly these sound on par with $300 IEMs. They get two stars because of the cable quality. The sound started cutting in and out of both ear pieces after a month of average use. Should mentioned that I only used these at home for listening to music and audiobooks.
Summary: >They look good. >They sound awesome - at par with Senheiser et al. >They are orange. >And rugged. The remote and the mic does not work on all the phones, but then they've specified that they're designed for Apple products.
Summary: Treble was metallic and generally high freqs did not sound clear. My Samsung stock headphones that come with Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 sounded much better. The product was returned. Maybe it was a counterfeit.
