Summary: Sound is okay, decent bass and decent quality. However, the earphones will break. After a while one of the earphone cables leading up to one of the earphones will completely pull out of the jack, if even a little bit of pressure is put on them to pull them straight. This is a common problem and not just me. It's ridiculous that they haven't fixed this for a pair of earphones which RRP at £60.
Summary: Bought in December and had them for a little over five months now. They sound amazing for the price I paid and contrary to what I read from other reviews, these are pretty durable. Of course, i only use them indoors and keep them in the pouch provided when not in use. comfortable, different sizes of ear buds provided, small pouch provided.
Summary: I used to love these beautiful headphones, even with their occasional cord problems. The fit and sound quality were unbeatable. Not anymore. These new flat cords are a brutally bad idea. All of my music is accompanied by a SCHROOM-SCHROOM-SCHROOM as the cord moves across my cloths. What's worse is flimsy cable construction. Phone fell out of my pocket with headphones attached. Normally, I'd feel a yank and POP as the headphones fell out of my ears.
Summary: Similar to the other users. They sound and feel great but mine stopped working after 1 year of pretty gentle use which is unacceptable. Not sure I'd buy Klipsch products again based on that experience.
Summary: As others have said - great sound, poor build quality. I've gone through two pairs of these with the same problem. (Sound cutting out of a heapdhone.) I've spent more time waiting for the warranty centre to turn them around than I have using them. (This is unfortunately one of the brands that you cannot exchange in store, so you have to send them away, and then you wait...) It's unfortunate, because I have a pair of Klipsch Mode over ear headphones I'm really happy with.
Summary: They sound great and fit nicely as everyone else will tell you however my set stopped working after 6 weeks (something to do with the cable and where it comes out of the jack, i'm not sure if if got a bad pair or this is a common problem, I was fairly careful when removing the jack to not pull on the cable but i'm sure it happened a few times, still, not the sort of durability I would expect from earphones of this price.
Summary: Took delivery of my 8th pair in just over two years on 24th April, 9th of May today and the volume controls stopped working!! Within the next month the whole of the remote control will be rendered useless and a couple of months later one of the channels will pack up and I'll need to by another pair. Apart from the pathetic durability of these 'rugged' headphones they are terrific, if worn over the ear, they're comfortable, never come out and the sound is brilliant.
Summary: I'll start with the name, they're called "rugged" but they're anything but. First of all, the cable is thin, the thinnest I've seen for headphones and easily to tangle. Fortunately for extreme users, there's a HUGE button controller. As some one who isn't really looking to do extreme sports, it's a bit over the top but whatever. Also relevant, my first pair broke within in a week of travelling.
