Great range and clarity for the price. Definitely a good value

Summary: when they're on sale for $20, grab a pair for yourself. For $20 to your door, what do you have to lose? Great value to me. I use em when I ride my bike, and as loud as it is with a full race exhaust, they block most of it out so I can enjoy the music more
Pros: They're Klipsch. Good quality and a great value. There's better out there of course. But I haven't used any better that cost about $20. The range is good, they block out a lot of outside noise too
Cons: not the widest range, bass isn't very deep, but not bad by any means
Summary: The insulation material Apple uses for iPod/iPhone headsets are still the gold standard for low cord noise. In some circumstances that could be more important than sound quality. OOPS, busted! I do have a set of non-Klipsch speaker.
Pros: Legendary Klipsch audio quality. I have bought no other brand of speakers, including computer speakers for over 15 years. I like Jazz and Klipsch's signature compression horn tweeters reproduce horn instruments best. Comes with 3 sizes of tips for a better fit than others. Very good noise isolation.
Cons: Cord noise. Any rubbing of the cord goes straight to your ears, although routing the cord inside your shirt helps.
Summary: Klipsch thankfully has a certain minimum standard of build quality where even their "worst" products are leagues better than something of a similar price point. You won't regret your purchase, but you won't be floored either.
Pros: Excellent in-ear fit for my particular ear with the default earbuds that are shipped with them. I performed some headbanging with them and they did not dare to budge. Good sound clarity. Sound isolation is marvelous. I'm sitting with these earbuds without music playing and I can hardly hear mysel...
Cons: Dynamic range isn't as good as I had hoped. I've had other earbuds that had more effective bass than these Klipsch Image S2's. I tested with "Acid Rain" from Liquid Tension Experiment. "Intergalactic" from the Beastie Boys and "Skull & Crossbones" from the Pirates of the Caribbean OST. None sound...
Summary: I admit that I know very little about earphones. But, I like them and that's the only thing important to me. I bought these to use with an ASUS Transformer Tablet, if they ever become available. I tested these with the control pod of my Corsair SP-2500 speaker system.
Pros: They sound very good to me. They come with a sturdy carrying pouch and 2 different sizes of earbuds. Way better than any I've owned before. Especially those that came stock with a device. Well worth the sale price of $25.99 including shipping.
Cons: Very flimsy feeling wires. A reviewer mentioned the fragile wire adjuster. He's right. Just be careful with these and you should be good to go. Carbon fiber tubing over the wires would've been best but also would certainly have doubled the price. No instructions whatsoever. Just a warning sheet t...
Pros: I usually buy the latest Sony MDR-EX51LP models but began having problems with the left earbud unexpectedly quitting while listening to them. Usually they cost around $30-$40. These were a little more at $50 but with higher quality construction.
Cons: The straight cylindrical section makes them stick out a little ackwardly. Could have saved $10 by buying them at BXXX BXX. I would prefer more cord length for the money.
Summary: I got these for 20 bucks, pretty happy with the quality of the sound.
Pros: Great clarity for the size. The mid and highs are really clear. Could use a little bit more boost on the subs and get more "punch" for the sound. It comes with a great looking carrying bag, not that i would use it, but it is good to keep changes with that bag :)
Cons: Works with iphone's voice control with the pushbutton. However, this does not have any volume control whatsoever. The wires are somewhat flimsy.
