good sound, uncomfortable wear

  • Excerpt: the sound is great, good price, cool looking, and i like the plastic protective case. problem- they stick out of your ears, and i have smaller ears i guess, and they lean against the "tragus and antitragus" (had to look that up lol) and it can hurt if you wear them for long periods of times (like an hour) hope that helps. my favorite headphones are still the ones that came with my htc one, that i lost..
  • Pros: Plastic Protective Case, SOUND
  • Cons: Uncomfortable

Nice sound, hard fit

  • Excerpt: I love great sour, and know that any in-ear solution is a string of compromises. PRO: JVC's Xtreme Xplosives offer excellent lower end, clear musical highs, and distinct and pleasant mid-range.CON: Fitting them properly is a chore, and even with a good fit - it is easy to tire of them after an hour. Watching a movie on my iPad Mini became an endurance contest to reach the end.Your ears may allow a better fit.
  • Pros: Easy To Use, Great Sound Quality
  • Cons: Difficult To Use, Uncomfortable

Great earphones

  • Excerpt: I use my JVCs mainly to listen to FM radio. They fit nicely in the ear and have great frequency response - good base, midlevel and treble. The sound is clear, crisp and distortion free. The wires are thick so I don't have to be extra careful.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Use, Great Sound Quality
  • Cons: Bulky Design

  • Excerpt: I thought I lost them. Today after making laundry, I found them in the pocket of my jacket, which was washed. Believe it or not - they works, better than ever. Needless to say, they last 2 years already. The sound they produce is perfect for it's price.

Excellent for the money

  • Excerpt: Just check the reviews on [*]. This is one of the best headphones for the price, competes with higher end headphones. It is better than the newer more expensive model that JVC produces.I'm very happy to have found this in-stores.
  • Pros: Great Sound Quality
  • Cons: Bulky Design

Great Value

  • Excerpt: I use it every day for music and audio talks. The sound is just great. It has it's own EQ's to up the base, which I like a lot. It fits well in my ears, the build seems just right. It blocks out a lot of the surroundings. It's a bit hard to store though, like in your pocket or pag. But any earphones would have the same issue.

A poor man's headphones

Mash, B&H Photo
10 November 2013
  • Excerpt: These headphones are the cheapest I have ever bought for my Ipod classic and turn's out to be the best I have own to date, there's alot of depth in the bass and the sound is pretty clear, you will definitely want to turn your volume down to what you normally are accustom to, they are very powerful at even mid volume, the cord stay's pretty much tangle free, the product feels durable.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Compact Design, Easy To Use, Great Sound Quality
  • Cons: No inline volume control
