  • Summary: Bought these for my oldest son and he loves them. Bought him a pair of headphones before in the same price range but an off brand and yes, with those, you get what you pay for. So I was skeptical with these because of the price and the JVC name didn't let me down! These headphones are great!! After my son used them for his music production....he let me hear a few tracks he made and I was astounded at how a pair of $10 headphones could sound!

  • Summary: I don't think you can get better headphones for 11 bucks. they are a bit cheap, but the sound and cord are great! they have a good bit of bass, and clear sound. they are comfortable, and aren't heavy. they don't squeeze your head too tight, nor do they fall off. I quite like my set. I use them a lot for sound board monitors. Excellent headphones for everyday use.

Better than they should be

mark l., Newegg
22 November 2013
  • Summary: great to have around as an extra pair. I also own AT M50s very good. Noontec Zorro also very good, these are both in a higher class but the JVC's are very listenable
  • Pros: Lightweight, frequency response, comfortable.
  • Cons: cord too long for the gym, doesn't look like beats. Good overall sound but louder volumes brings out distortion. High and Mid frequencies are exaggerated but can be tamed with equalizer.
