Good price for an entry level wireless

Andy, B&H Photo

  • Excerpt: Easy to use and set up but the range is not as great as advertised, and it gets a little fuzzy if my head is angled in such a way. However, good price point and my neighbors appreciate not hearing my TV at night.
  • Pros: Good Value
  • Cons: Poor Sound, Uncomfortable When Hot

Love these

John V., Newegg
22 June 2014
  • Summary: We have had a pair of these for years, connected to the TV in the kitchen. We greatly prefer the wireless headphones because our kitchen has a high ceiling and it's very hard to hear the TV speakers. We bought a second pair (my wife and me), hoping that we'd be able to listen at the same time. And it works! You can also plug in something like an iPhone, start up a podcast, then proceed to walk all around the house, even outside, and it sounds great and doesn't cut out.
  • Pros: Very long range, good sound, comfortable to wear, long battery life
  • Cons: Microwave interferes with them, but that's not surprising

Wireless Headphones are a Lifesaver!

CG, Staples
12 June 2014
  • Excerpt: I purchased these headphones as a gift to my husband who is an avid movie buff. For some reason, it is imperative for him to turn on the home theater system every time he watches a movie. It's not enough for him to hear the movie but to feel it as well. Honestly, there are days when I don't want to feel like the house is going through an earthquake. I would rather have some peace and quiet time to read, take a nap or even think.

JVC Headphones

  • Summary: The headset has worked great in my household. I have left them on my head and realized they were working clear as a bell downstairs when I retrieved something to drink. What clarity they have! Tune them in and your all set. I've even laid down with them and they don't turn off like others have. All the controls are on the side of the ear piece and don't get in the way of laying on side. What a great deal!

Huge improvement and a bargain

richwriter, B&H Photo
7 November 2013
  • Excerpt: For not much more than the price of replacement batteries for the TV Ears my wife was using, we got these. Vastly better sound quality. More comfortable. Better range and no need for line-of-sight to the transmitter. Volume is adequate, but no more than that. We're using our cable box as the source, though, and I'm sure its output is minimal. Installing the batteries was frustrating as it requires removing (easy) and replacing (frustrating) one foam earpad.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Great Sound
  • Cons: None
