Summary: I paid £15- reduced from £69- and what a bargain,. Seriously comfy and seriously god sound at a bargain basement price with good noise cancellation. At this price you cant go wrong. If you want better quality sound take of the headphones and buy some decent speakers and a valve amplifier. Highly recommended and I think they should last quite a while.
Summary: At this price they are great value. Wanted these as koss porta pro headphones let in external noise. After burning in for a few hours, they are actually as good if not better sound than the koss. Overall excellent if you don't want external noise, but wouldn't,t use on the street.
Summary: when you use most headphones on a portable device they suffer badly from the low power output portables give out. nifty little headphone amps like the fiio e5 and e6 have solved this problem, for a tiny price too, so your power hungry cans can get the juice they need. even then, some brands in my experience sennheiser, sony and others still sound rubbish even after you give them extra power. i didnt expect much from these jvc headphones, but my god, they blew me away.
Summary: Over the last few years I must of purchased about 20 pairs of headphones/earphones. I have even bought Shure SE105's ! However I have always found something I did not like about them . These are the best by far for Sound quality and they cut out an awful lot of outside noise including my nagging Wife! AWESOME !
Summary: was looking for headphones that can take high volumes without much distortion. and these are great. with the fiio e3 amp for mp3 players the sound is very loud and still clear. so loud that it does leak a little sound. but i got them for the sound quality which is great. these are definitely comparable to the bose around ear headphones for sound quality at higher (and lower) volumes. the e3 amp makes the volume about 2 or 3 notches higher than my mp3 player has. imo.
