Summary: If you want a great headphone set, these are the ones to buy. They produce true highs and deep lows for anything you plug them into. I am amazed at the sounds they crank out when I use them on my Korg Triton keyboard! They are big, but are very lite weight and comfortable. I would highly recommend them if you want some very high quality headphones for a low price!
Summary: I've owned these headphones and used them on a daily basis for well over 2 years now. I've played games, listened to music, and watched TV shows/movies. The sound quality is good and the headphones have made it through much wear and tear. I'm happy I bought these.
Pros: Durable Mostly comfortable Long cable Decent Sound Quality
Cons: After 5 or 6+ hours they get mildly uncomfortable to wear with glasses. Most headphones like this do though.
Summary: no need for > $100 Senheisers or other brands. this is the product that will give you best value and quality of manufacturing and sound in over 80% of cases - if you're a true audiophile and can detect the difference with more expensive headphones, go for other brands. I don't need to, and I'm very far from being hearing challenged.
Pros: I'm no audio professional, but these convinced me that I had no reason to spend any more money on very high quality headphones. there is no loss of functionality. the bass is as rich as always, the high tones are almost heard by the neighbor's dogs, and the entire frequency spectrum is well reproduced. love them for DJ music. long cable is a very nice feature, very useful.
Cons: none. I'm sticking with JVC for headphones for the last 2 years and in the predictable future.
Summary: I went around for about 2 weeks looking for a good pair of headphones. Let me tell you many of these headphones out on the market especially the top of the line "Beats" have very good sound, However what I was looking for was a headphones with quality sound yet one which I could where for a very long time. Most headphones start pinching your head after about 1 hour especially the "Beats". I would take these headphones over the most expensive "Beats".
Summary: I don't recommend buying these if you want headphones that last for any length of time. They do have great sound, however.
Pros: -Excellent range -After the initial burn-in, had good bass -Huge, which I like -Very comfortable
Cons: Died 5 months after purchase with no real reason. During the middle of work, the right side just stopped working. Very irritating. I did use these every single day for 8-10 hours a day, but I'm very disappointed in the lifespan, regardless.
Summary: First I bought the JVC HARX700 as the reviews were very good, the set looked comfortable and the sale price put it at around 32 bucks. I was pleased with the sound. A few weeks later I became curious and tried the 900. The sound was sooooooo much cleaner, less distortion-just like comparing a great receiver to an average one. The music sounds much better with less noise, so much less noise that you can play it louder and it won't bother your ears.
