Summary: It's not just these particular headphone, but ones of this kind in general. What is wrong with the usual ones like the gummy range? - http://www.amazon.co.uk/JVC-HA-F140-BE-In-Ear-Gumy-Headphones/dp/B001TQJBN6/ref=sr_1_5?
Summary: i have had to pairs of these headphones from PC world, i am about to chuck my second pair into the bin as PC world wont have my second pair! They are great to start with, really really good sound, noise cancelation and good bass.
Summary: When I bought the first pair of these I was, like others, quite impressed by the sound from them and the fact that the earbuds fitted so well, (once you selected the right size out of the options provided)that they cancelled out outside noise well. That wasw until I lost one of the ear buds.
Summary: Lasted less than two months being used in an iPod, during which the the casing protecting the connection to the jack plug broke, allowing the cable to break. Waste of money - buy a set with a right angled jack plug if using awith n MP3 player.
Summary: I would greatly discourage anyone from buying these headphones as they are quite frankly uncomfortable to wear in the ear. They also touch the ground when in yoour ears if left to dangle loosely, and i'm not a midget either.
Summary: Bought a pair and the wire snapped within a few weeks. Got another pair and these lasted possibly a couple more weeks than the first pair. The sound is also tinny and there are better headphones for the same price range.
Summary: Judging by the other review on this page I must have just picked up a dodgy pair off the shelf. As it is, I've lost a lot of respect for JVC thanks to these headphones. I'd previously been using a pair made by another top-brand name which lasted me almost two years before finally packing in.
