Summary: After having sony mdr ex50's I decided I needed headphones with a little more punch for my electronic music. After listening to it once, I feel like there is nothing better in this price bracket with this much bass to offer. You can feel your chest tremble sometimes(it actually doesnt shake it), and it can sometimes be overwhelming for some. Overall, great headphones.
Pros: Good bass and Rumbling sub-bass,fairly wide sound stage , clear separation. warm tone, Loads of volume. -no amp, Decent trebles, Build Quality
Cons: Small hissing b/g noise, a bit large for few people, muddy bass if pushed, trebles can be shrill at times - Its a JVC
Broke within a week, Left side has less volume than right.

Summary: Broke within a week, Left side has less volume than right. Was very dissapointed as I read very good reviews about the product, perhaps I got the dodgy one. I would recomend my replacement though the razer electra.
Summary: If you're looking for reference-type earphones look somewhere else. If you're a basshead, look no further. Most bass-heavy in-ear phones I tried muddy up the mids and drown the highs. Not these babies. The mids are recessed, though, an understandble effect of the amount of bass. Not so recessed that bassheads would mind, imo.
Summary: First and foremost, the audio clarity and bass are exceptional for a set of earbuds in this price range. After years of Sony fanboyism, these have become my favorite buds. (in fact, this is my second set... my first went missing from my staff change room, sadly) The other day, a friend of mine invited me to try out a set of Beats buds, and I was disappointed at their sound. And after he tried my JVCs, he cursed himself for spending so much more on an inferior set!
Summary: Pros: - Great bass - High Volume Cons: - Big/Stands out. - Hissing - Somewhat muddy highs - Poor isolation Great bass, awesome for listening to bassy music but i think that's about it. For me, it's too big so it stands out and if you try to wear anything over your ear the headphones will stick out. I'm not a big listener of bassy music so these headphones definitely weren't for me.
Summary: I decided to buy new headphone to replace the ones my cat destroyed. Sadly these headphones failed to live up to my expectations. The design of the headphones looks fantastic. However, I didn't like how it felt my ear and the sound wasn't as good as I thought. Don't get me wrong the sound was good, but not great. I listen to music with deep bass and it just not as good as my old headphones. Also my old headphones cost less money.
Summary: I bought these headphones yesterday as I wanted something better then my stock apple earbuds while I studied for finals. The 50% off caught my eye, and as I looked up review after review, everyone had positive things to say. Some reviews even said the sound quality was compatible to the beats and Bose which cost significantly more. The build quality seems to be very good, and they sound great.
Summary: bought theses [price] still regret them. Great bass but hissing sound prominent like what other users said even with after burn in (in fact hissing got worse give you head aches). I think they were trying to emulate an echo effect which is great in a few songs but craps out in others. [...] Do not buy unless your ok with hisses and white noise along with your bass. i wish i could return them.
