  • Summary: These are considered entry level IEM's. So I had them for over a month now to let their sound signature burn in. From what I've noticed, these IEM's are geared more towards the high's. The bass is lacking and often times drowned out by the excess high's. The biggest concern (is also the selling point) is the flat tangle-free cable. My biggest concern with them is the white noise it generates. The surface area really has a toll on the amount of white noise.
  • Pros: Tangle Free Cable, Nice accessories
  • Cons: Cable has excess noise

... these 5 stars as the sound they produce is amazing. These would have been the perfect headphones

Stefan Stefanov, Amazon

  • Summary: I would give these 5 stars as the sound they produce is amazing. These would have been the perfect headphones, but after 9 months of use (around 1.5 hrs per day) the left channel stopped so now I am returning the item and am considering what to purchase next. Shame about this as everything else is top, but if you want a more long lasting product look somewhere else. After all the price is not exactly cheap.

So So

N Landa, Amazon
2 July 2014
  • Summary: Pretty decent earphones, comes well packaged with a lot of accessories, not really worth the price, I've heard better from lower priced earphones. The bass was pretty disappointing and the sound was quite 'screechy', also they are hard to keep in the ear! Pros: + look great + good build quality + lots of accessories provided (earbuds and adapters) Cons: - not much bass - priced to high - sometimes to screechy - falls out of ear often

So-So .

E. Costello, Amazon

  • Summary: The product description implies that these headphones have a brilliant bass sound . They do not . If that is what you are expecting you will be disappointed . I find JVC XX FAR superior to these as they have a lovely deep bass . VERY disappointed with the Jays - not at all worth the money . Do not waste your money .

Great earphones but unreliable.

  • Summary: I've had two replacements now of these otherwise great earphones due to losing audio in the left channel. It's a shame as these produce fantastic sound and dampen an otherwise perfectly good product.

Good sound but very flimsy

R. Simpson, Amazon
25 February 2013
  • Summary: For the price range these are very good headphones, great clarity and the bass response is pretty terrific. Where they fall down is the build quality, my first pair only lasted 5 months, returned them in warranty for a straight replacement, those lasted four months. Currently awaiting my third pair in under a year... EDIT - the third pair lasted just over a year. I've gone through three pairs in under two years.

Brocken!

Muchab, Amazon
25 January 2013
  • Summary: Had these headphones just over a year now and like other reviews the right earbud has decided to stop working. Headphone sound is very good shame about the build quality! Not sure if it's worth spending this amount of money on headphones if they only last this long, so unfortunatley I won't be buying these again.

Great value earphones but...

A. J. Laing, Amazon
26 October 2011
  • Summary: I love the sound quality from these earphones with a good spread of sound, good frequency range and comfortable material for the ear pieces. The flat cable design does resist tangling which is great. My main quibble is because I wear them when walking to listen to audiobooks. As the sides of the cable are quite rigid any contact with clothing transmits bangs up the cable - just like sound travels up the string between tin cans.

Kul paket, okej innehåll

Morgan39, NetonNet
3 October 2013
  • Conclusion: Okej lurar, men inget märkvärdigt enligt mig.

Skingrende diskant

Gear5, netonnet.no
8 February 2013
