JayBird BlueBuds X

PC Magazine
11 August 2013
  • Conclusion: The JayBird BlueBuds X are Bluetooth-streaming wireless earphones that offer high quality audio performance and a seriously secure fit.
  • Pros: Crisp sound signature with powerful bass response with no distortion at top volumes. Several ear tip options. Ideal for exercise—sweatproof and streamlined, super-secure fit to eliminate cable slack.
  • Cons: Controls are awkward to operate while wearing the earphones. Not a secure fit unless worn behind head with fastener, which isn't for everyone.

[Review] Jaybird’s Bluebuds X Will Have You Running Wire Free

AndroidSPIN
26 February 2013
  • Conclusion: After testing out the BlueBuds X for two weeks I can confidently say that they are great Bluetooth headphones and are perfect for a run or workout session. I will admit though that the price is a bit high for a pair of earbuds without a noise-cancelling mic and a lack of proper configuration for button actions on Android.

Jaybird BlueBuds X wireless sports earphones review: Impressive but pricey

CNET
12 December 2012
  • Summary: The Jaybird BlueBuds X are impressively small wireless sports earphones that offer a secure fit -- but the $170 price just feels too high.
  • Cons: They're expensive and their cord management system is a little kludgy. Also, they may not fit everyone equally well -- and a tight seal is imperative for getting better sound quality.
