Summary: I have had a Jawbone from the beginning and this one is just as good as the rest. Hard to say if it is better or not but just as good and it is much smaller too. I now have 3 working jawbones, I keep them in the cars in case I am out and about so I can have the Bluetooth connectivity when I am away from the car.
Summary: I have been using this product for almost two years. I broke the cover on it by trying to plug it in in the dark so I had to replace it. I tried the newer Jawbone and it was awful. I then tried a Motorala Sliver II and I hated the over the ear piece and it kept turning off. I never had any trouble with the Jawbone Icon HD so I did an internet search and ordered it to replace the one I broke. Saved myself almost $100 too. I highly recommend this product.
Pros: Small, lightweight, great clarity even outside on windy days.
Cons: There was really nothing I didn't like about this headset.
Excerpt: I have bought several wireless handsfree devices, and some have not been worth the effort. I took recommendation from a family member hoping for the best. I have to say, that over the years of spending $20-$40 here and there I never had the quality of what this amazing little device is giving me. My ears are small, making earbuds painful, the fact that this also comes with various sized rubber ear pieces and an hook to go around my ear make it that much better.
Summary: Pretty good sound, very comfortable. Only two complaints is ear hook is not the best and on/off switch not the easiest to use when ear piece is on. I would recommend buying extra ear hooks just in case. Despite these two issues, this is probably the best ear piece I have ever had. I would surely buy again.
