Summary: This is a small device but it has great sound. My son has called me from several states away and I can hear him perfectly. Holds a charge well also. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a Bluetooth item.
Very easy to use, very clear conversations, no other product like it, best!

Summary: I took a chance to buy Era Jawbone after struggling with various bluetooth headsets. Most complains came from my collegues which have hard times to understand me - bluetooth is an "open frequency" communication and heavily used, moreover my capabilities are not the best ones as comes to clear voice. Here I try to go for the best of the best for reasonable price and I hadn't been dissapointed. Mic sensitivity and noise reduction is perfect as I (and others) can tell.
Summary: I bought the jawbone ERA for my wife because she was trying to use one of those hands free things in the car where you put your phone on speaker and stick it on this thing attached to the windshield. Well it sounded terrible so I got her the Jawbone and now when she calls from the car it sounds better than if she was on her phone in hand.
Excerpt: I had an old Jawbone that I loved, but after it went through the laundry, it just didn't work anymore. After trying countless different BlueTooths, and countless amounts of dollars (I even tried going back to the wired headsets), I had pretty much given up on having a functioning Bluetooth solution. I even tried the Jawbone that I had previously had and loved, and the microphone stopped working within a month!
Pros: Clear Signal, Connects Easily, Fits well in ear, Good Sound, Good Volume Control, Lightweight, Long Battery Life, Noise Cancellation
Summary: I upgraded from an ICON to an ERA. I am very happy with the switch. The sound quality is better and people no longer ask me to speak up in conference calls. The ERA is slightly larger but I rate that as a plus. It fits me better and I no longer use the ear loop I used on the ICON. It is also easier to find in my pocket. If you are trying to decide - I vote for the ERA.
The best blue-tooth I've owned. The performance is as advertised.

Cons...The on-off switch is best left on all the time. Its the weak link .The ERA needs to be kept in a clean storage pouch when not in use.Its a magnet for pocket lent and dirt and it finds the on-off switch as a place to penatrate. This is my third one.Two died of switch problems and one I lost.I have...
