Summary: I guess I must have small ears compared to the rest of the population. I've tried 3 separate times for a total of about 30 minutes trying to get this thing to stay in my ear. I even switched out the rubber piece that covers the speaker to different sizes and shapes (it comes with 2 different...
Summary: Not happy with the era at all. The Era picked up all of the back ground noise and the features didn't work properly. I traded down for the Icon, also made by Jawbone and I'm extremely happy the Icon.
Summary: Bought this item because it guaranteed better/best quality in sound with low noise interference. Had bad experiences with previous blue tooth items. THIS ONE IS NO DIFFERENT !!!!! Very disappointed. Hard to use...difficult to keep in place...moves around when touched.
Disapointing to say te least I could have had a good bottle of wine for$30

Summary: It was explained that it blocked out a lot of back round noise and it absolutely does not. It was refurbished and I do not know if I paid any attention to that or not but upon receipt clearly the product was marked.
Summary: FOR AUSTRALIANS CONSIDERING PURCHASING ANY JAWBONE PRODUCTS:
Pros: accelerometer along with a motion technology, Great noise reduction
Cons: Headset dead after 6 months, No after sales service Australia, Jawbone CANNOT ship replacement headsets outside the USA or Canada, Replacement parts can be mailed but not headsets., Accessories like the carry pouch & ear-spouts defective after 4 weeks
Summary: Sound quality is poor at times. People that are on other end say they can't hear me speak. I will probably go with a different brand next time around. The price was good but you also get what you pay for. I don't reccomend.
Summary: I'm having trouble with my Jawbone. It connects fine initially, then I will make a call and after about 30 seconds or so it beeps in my ear to tell me it's disconnected. Different phones(S1,S2,S3,) do the same thing.
