Summary: I had two of these headsets, as I always had problems to find a comfortable Bluetooth for my cell phone with a small enough earbud. This fits great (except I had problems when I had my sunglasses on, it sometimes popped off of my ear..).
Summary: The earpiece was distorted and unusable. First one I sent back. Second one did the same thing so I contacted Jabra Warranty support. It took a while but they are sending me a blue tooth replacement.
Summary: Bought to replace an earlier similar Jabra model that is occasionally intermittent. This new one lacks the clarity of incoming sound, particularly the highs. Voices are much more muffled than the older model. Rats. I'll keep it as a backup, but need to continue to search for better sound. Fits fine.
Summary: The incoming sound quality on the one I received is garbage. I've tried it three times (with three different callers, to rule out the phone on the other end), and they all sounded extremely static-y. I can't find a loose wire or connection, so it just sits on a shelf now. Very disappointing.
Keeps going mute w/o indication, making calls highly awkward

Summary: The bad news: Mine keeps going "mute" for my outgoing voice. I can hear fine. So I'm talking and talking, and cannot know the darn thing went mute again until the other party starts asking if I'm still on the call. Over and over again this happens.

Summary: Not good. I purchased this when I got my iPhone. After a couple of months, it stopped working. I could hear people talking to me, but they could not hear me; and I could not pick up calls with the headset. Jabra customer service was very good; and they sent me a new headset right away.
