Summary: I love this device! I conduct a lot of online meetings using our Microsoft Lync tool and this makes the audio "foolproof". No more worrying about spotty audio in your conference rooms. I have not used the Bluetooth yet, I mostly use USB, but it's nice to have both options.
Summary: I've been using this daily for about 6 months now. My main use is for conference calls. Paired to my mobile phone, the audio quality has always been great; I've never had any problems with clarity or echoes.

Summary: This is an absolutely fantastic speakerphone option for Skype use on a Mac. I use Skype heavily in the conduct of my business, and I've always struggled with handling conference calls using my Thunderbolt Display's mic and speakers (they are okay, but not great for long conference calls, or where...
Summary: This thing is pretty awesome. I use it everyday for conference calls, Skype meetings, Google Voice calls and audio streaming. It connects to pretty much anything with Bluetooth audio in/out and will answer or hangup with phones and applications that support it.
Excerpt: We utilize these for Lync on PC's, other conferences we log into for other companies on PC's, iPhones, etc. This is one very solid unit. The Bluetooth is automatic and the quality is excellent. This turns a single iPhone into a large table conference phone!
Pros: Clear Sound, Compact, Easy To Set Up, Great Amplification, Highly Compatible
Summary: This device transforms your life if you work from home and use a mobile as your primary phone. It has a tendency to disconnect from iPhones, but it's easy enough to reconnect, and I strongly suspect this is due to the wonky bluetooth implementation in iOS.

Summary: I'm just writing this in case anyone is wondering if the regular version (this one, without the MS at the end of the product name) with work with Lync. The answer is yes, for voice, but not for call control, i.e. the call pick up and hang up buttons are non-functional.
