Speakerphone quality is as good as talking directly on my cell phone
5 March 2015
Summary: I got the Jabra wireless speaker to use with my Samsung SIII Android phone yesterday so can't say how it will work long term but so far I have been amazed, it has worked better than I expected. I spend a good deal of my time on con calls for work and the speakerphone function on my cell phone is almost worthless because it gets lots of feedback and echo's.
Why be tied to one location for a conference call!

Summary: I received it this week and toward the end of my first call, the other party complained they were hearing echo sounds. I realized it was not the Jabra Speak 510, but it was my cell (or theirs) and you know how you get sometimes a cross over signal on a cell call and you hear yourself talking in a delayed way. Usually you can hang up and reconnect and it goes away.
Summary: bought this and started using immediately. Works like a charm when used with Microsoft LiveMeetings... and also charges the speaker when connected to computer. With phone and Bluetooth - connecting was obvious and fast. Used it in a customer meeting in a large room - really loud! And people were able to hear on the other side of the line quite well. Gives real competition to polycons. No negatives that I really can talk about ...
Summary: Works flawlessly with Lync and my cell phone. I actually took it with me in my son's car and used it all day. I put it on the dash and it stayed put. I have had a lot of microphones and speakers, this one is amazing. I use it all day on Lync and it makes the Lync calls crystal clear. The Bluetooth feature seems really clear. People have not idea I'm on a speaker phone.
Summary: These Speak 510 speakerphones have become wildly popular at our office since I bought mine. They integrate perfectly with Microsoft Lync, which was a huge win for me in meetings and when traveling. I generally use the USB mode, but have occasionally resorted to Bluetooth in larger meeting rooms or when I need to host a call from my iPhone.
Summary: This product should state that it's not compatible with some bluetooth devices, especially certain iPhone models. I wish I had read the reviews about the echo that occurs to those on the other end of the call. I first had this problem on a conference call where the echo that was heard by a dozen remote colleagues was so bad it made it impossible for anyone to hear anyone else on the call. If you are considering a bluetooth Speaker keep looking.
