good quality, disappointed it was 2-ear

Rachel, Radioshack
30 January 2015
  • Excerpt: I wish it were a single ear bud, not a double. I'm using it to talk on the phone while driving. Since I want to also hear traffic, I don't use the second ear bud. Good quality, but disappointed by the difficulty in finding single ear buds--I do not like have to use a twist tie to hold the second ear...
  • Pros: Comfort, Quality
  • Cons: 2-ear Piece

Anonymous, Newegg
28 July 2014
  • Summary: This is exactly what i paid for and I knew it wasnt high quality when i purchased it. It was cheap and on sale. It is just an extra set i keep around for watching videos on youtube or listening to tunes around when i dont want to worry about messing up my nice ear buds.
  • Pros: Cheap They work
  • Cons: The sound quality is not greatest. They distort on high volume

Good sound but lost sound in one bud after a year

Valerie I., Newegg
20 April 2014
  • Pros: Used for both music and teleconferencing and had no trouble with sound.
  • Cons: Promptly after a year of ownership and out of warranty, the left bud went out. Seems to be a flaky connection in the plug, as I can get it to briefly reconnect if I move the cord around the base.

Great product! Very good value for the money!

  • Summary: Great quality and functionality for such a small piece of equipment. Microphone noise cancellation is amazing, sound quality very good. The integrated commands in the one button work perfect.

User Review

Paul S., Newegg
29 August 2012
  • Summary: Would buy 10 of these sets of earbuds if they would just stay in.
  • Pros: Very comfortable ear buds Noise filter blocks out a lot more than I expected Overall well designed buds
  • Cons: The left ear bud will not stay in due to the uneven length of the cords going to each ear (more weight is on the left bud). The bud falls out easily after the slightest movement of the head.

You will be disappointed!

stephen m., Newegg
26 August 2012
  • Summary: Save your money...These things only lasted 3 weeks before there was a short in the right earphone. I'm gonna try to return them and we'll see how that goes. I bought 2 pair so hopefully the second pair will last longer
  • Pros: can't think of any
  • Cons: low volume lasted 20 days before one earphone stopped working

  • Pros: They were are shell shocker. They do not hurt my ears
  • Cons: No bass at all but what can you expect for the price. Sounds like a transistor radio.

Not worth it

Henry A., Newegg
17 August 2012
  • Summary: I tried these with my Lenov ThinkPad and an MP3 player/radio, not a phone, so I can't comment on the control features. On the FM radio, reception was staticy, which isn't a problem with other earbuds I use.
  • Pros: They didn't do any damage.
  • Cons: Very little bass response, poor volume, nothing like the advertised claims, and very little, if any, sound isolation. There aren't as good as cheaper earbuds I own, even at the $9.99 sale price let alone ones of comparable price.

Brett K., Newegg

  • Pros: none
  • Cons: They put the speakers together wrong. So sound only came out of the left ear
