Clear calls, comfortable for extended wear, really annoying volume/mute function, poor battery life

Summary: I got this thru my employer IT department as a replacement for a Plantronics CS50-USB, I'v been using for years. Pros: Better range, better sound, more comfortable Cons: Really annoying mute function on the headset, no software CD included.
... battery life and multiple wearing options make this a great all day headset

Summary: All day battery life and multiple wearing options make this a great all day headset. The mute controls, both on device and on stand are a little slow to react (if mute is a function you need to use in a hurry).
Summary: Great product. I use the display more than the controls on the headpiece. This came with a necklace type headpiece, which I would prefer, but I couldn't figure out how to set it up. The headband works great. Awesome sound with softphones and my mobile.
Summary: For the price that you pay, you would expect much better sound quality. There are been a number of times I struggled to hear the other person on the line or they complained about not hearing me. The previous owner was another employee of my company and she mentioned having the same issues.
Summary: When we got our new phone system which was a Polycom, I needed a new head set because the old one would not work properly. This manufacturer, "Jabra" was listed as compatible. The installation went fairly easy and was up and running within 15 minutes. Also, I live the touch screen feature.
Great headset, hands free phone calls and music from all of my phones.

Summary: This product was first introduced to me by a client who had them at all of their desks. After using it there several times and realizing how many hours I spent on the phone I finally broke down and bought one. I have been very happy with the headset.
Buy these for calls, not for music — the self-adjusting noise reduction circuit is garbage.

Summary: This headset absolutely shines for voice calls, and the transmission range is superb. Unfortunately, the JABRA engineers didn't consider that people would want to listen to music through the computer.
