Summary: The headset is light, installs easily, but does not pair well with all phone systems. They also need to make it clear that you need a headset lifter to best utilize the headset. I like being cordless but I am not thrilled with the sound quality. Jabra support is very good, however it really depends on the conpatibility of your telephones. Check that out before you buy.
Summary: I have been using the 9350 at the office for years, and was hoping for a product even better. It's not. I've had one die on me after 3 weeks of use. Lucky that I could RMA it to Amazon. With the replacement, it works as advertised, but I have the following cons: 1. headset touch controls are useless. I'm often in the kitchen cooking while on work calls. Can't touch it with damp fingers. Lucky that the hang up is a real button 2. The touch screen is indeed finicky. 3.
Summary: I am very impressed with the sound quality of this headset. It is comfortable, easy to set up and works with multiple devices. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the way you have to tap the ear piece twice to go on mute. If you are near the base, you can press the mute button on the base, but if you are walking around, it's a little tricky. It's easy to tell when you are on mute by the tone it gives you every so often, so it's not a big deal. The range is great.
Summary: go from computer to desk phone to cell phone with a touch of the screen. Quality of sound is great and the software gives you a great deal of control. Very happy with product and saved a bunch.
Summary: The headset is great sound and fitwise, but the mute function is activated by double tapping the side of the headset. It is impossible to reliably hit that spot. After practicing for an hour I can get a "hit" about 1 out of 3 tries. When in a conference call I need to be able to quickly unmute, but with this headset it takes me seconds to accomplish that, which is unacceptable. This design flaw makes the headset unusable for me and I am returning it.
Summary: I use a Macbook Air as my primary work machine. I was a little worried about using this with a Mac, since the software that comes with it, is clearly for PC only. I did know it would work with basic features based on another reviewers comments. Barring not having a piece of software that was written for the Mac (which would be nice Jabra!), it works flawlessly. The base connects to my corded phone and GN1000 lifter, and via Bluetooth to my iPhone 4S.
Summary: I was excited to try my Jabra Pro 9470, at first I was easily able to pair the product to my iPhone, but after about a minute it lost connection, then I was never able to pair it again. I tried to figure out why it wasn't working, went to the Jabra website - which was one of the worst websites I have ever seen for customer support, even contacted them and got a weak, unhelpful response back.
Summary: I never write reviews, but felt impelled to write one for the Jabra 9470. I work in a home office and had to switch headsets to take or make calls on Skype, Mobile and POTS services. The 9470 works perfect as specified, clear sound and interfaces with Skype (through USB), Mobile (through Bluetooth) and POTS with a Desk Phone. This is the best product that I ever purchased.
Love this headset - one of the best for this purpose

Summary: It is one of the best wireless headset I have used in long time - range is excellent, call quality is excellent. Two primary reason for not giving it 5 stars is: 1. My cellphone won't automatically connect with it when I walk into my house - I have to press some buttons to make that happen - quite irritating 2.
