Summary: Horrible product and merchant only gives a 30 day return policy. Don't waste your money on this spend the extra money on a better product. When your on the phone you hear a lot of buzzing and humming noise, I've reached out to Jabra and they can't even fix the device they have trouble shooted the...
Excellent headset, prefer it to the Plantronics CS540

Summary: I have recently gone through two Plantronics CS540 headsets over the course of three years - they both failed due to the small combination volume/mute switch. I decided to give this a shot and am loving it so far.
Summary: I have 3 of these in use with Grandstream GXP-2160 IP phones and all work flawlessly. All I had to do was connect this to the headset port and I was ready to go, no need for electronic hook switch or any programming to answer calls. Pros: The device is easy to setup and the audio quality is good
Cons: The product is falsely advertised and came with no user manual. The "multi-function button" is simply a power on...
Summary: Works great on my Polycom VVX410. However, you will want to get the Jabra Link 17 EHS adapter otherwise you have to press the headset button on your Polycom to answer/hang up the phone or hear it ring via the wireless headset.

They don't sit on the head or fit the ear as nice as more expensive brands but my users once they found the configuration...
Summary: I bought this model and a Plantronics for my office. I wanted to test both out to see if the Plantronics was worth the extra money and I will say for me personally it's a no brainer. I have a polycom voip phone.
