Pretty Good

Jeromy H., Newegg
21 May 2015
  • Summary: I would recommend this headset to users of Yealink phones. I have not tried to set it up on our Cisco phones, but the set up did not look extremely difficult.
  • Pros: The device is not that hard to set up and the sound and functionality works very well.
  • Cons: Sometimes the device un pairs from the phone, but I think that may be an adapter issue.

Excellent headset, prefer it to the Plantronics CS540

Mike, Amazon
25 February 2015
  • Summary: I have recently gone through two Plantronics CS540 headsets over the course of three years - they both failed due to the small combination volume/mute switch. I decided to give this a shot and am loving it so far.

Works flawlessly with Grandstream IP Phones

Terrillja, Amazon
8 February 2015
  • Summary: I have 3 of these in use with Grandstream GXP-2160 IP phones and all work flawlessly. All I had to do was connect this to the headset port and I was ready to go, no need for electronic hook switch or any programming to answer calls. The microphones work well and really knock down ambient noise.

  • Pros: The device is easy to setup and the audio quality is good

The following features are misleading, and are false advertisement: -Call Answer / End Button -Call Hold / Call Wait To used the features above, the "Jabra Link" accessory is required. The "multi-function button" is simply a power on...

Nice add on for Polycom VVX410

Scott P., Amazon
2 October 2014
  • Summary: Works great on my Polycom VVX410. However, you will want to get the Jabra Link 17 EHS adapter otherwise you have to press the headset button on your Polycom to answer/hang up the phone or hear it ring via the wireless headset.

So far as yet, reasonable for the price; you may get one or two bad ones out of the box, though

Scott Cramer, Amazon
18 September 2014
  • Summary: Not bad for the price. Bought one, worked fine. Bought two more and had to return both; they wouldn't hold a charge right out of the box. Ordered two more and they worked fine. They don't sit on the head or fit the ear as nice as more expensive brands but my users once they found the configuration...

Definitely works but wouldn't say it's the best

JB "jb", Amazon
9 September 2014
  • Summary: I bought this model and a Plantronics for my office. I wanted to test both out to see if the Plantronics was worth the extra money and I will say for me personally it's a no brainer. I have a polycom voip phone.
