Disposable; battery can't be replaced

Steven N., Newegg
13 January 2010
  • Summary: This device is a great concept, executed with horrible flaws. It seems to be aimed at people who don't regard $99 as a significant investment. This is a disposable phone device that works most of the time, for a period of months, and then must be replaced, or left on the shelf.
  • Pros: Light and comfortable. Unless the microwave is running, the sound is good.
  • Cons: After 1 year, the battery lasts only 3 hours, not 6. The battery cannot be replaced. It takes two hours to charge it. The connection to the base unit is dropped from time to time, even when only inches away from it. Any serious telephone user should not buy this. When the battery runs low, the he...

Frequent Disconnects (cont.)

Jason A., Newegg
9 July 2009
  • Summary: I forgot to mention in the previous review that I returned the first one I got to Newegg and got a replacement that did the exact same thing. Newegg was awesome and gave me my money back after I returned the 2nd one. I'm now waiting on a Plantronics CS55 that an acquaintance told me was awesome.

Frequent Disconnects

Jason A., Newegg
8 July 2009
  • Summary: I bought one of these headsets for my wife. She used it for a couple days in the office but quit using it because at least once a day it would disconnect itself from the base, usually in the middle of a phone call! Note that she wasn't walking around or anything.
  • Pros: Comfortable
  • Cons: Frequent Disconnects

Absoluter Mist!

Heimo Lechner, Amazon
14 May 2009

stefan1959, Amazon
21 April 2009
  • Summary: Ich habe mittlerweile eine Reihe von Headsets getestet (Plantronics Pulsar 590, Ericsson HBH GV435 etc.).

Andreas Neumayr, Amazon
6 December 2008
  • Summary: Und ich hatte schon sehr viele Headsets.
