Summary: Had my first one for 6 months and it quit - then like a fool bought another more up to date model and it lasted all of 2 weeks. Taking back to Best Buy and hope they will take it back. Will look for something else. At $69 that ain't cheap

Summary: I have been using an el cheapo wired Skype headset and thought I would upgrade to wireless. I travel and work from home, use my company's softphone for meetings. I read the reviews and ordered the Jabra Extreme.
Summary: I ordered the Jabra extreme. I've had it for two weeks. It just stopped working all together. Now I need to pay for the shipping to send it back for them to send me another one. DON'T ever buy this device. You'll be sorry.
