Excerpt: bought this headset for our office..sent it back within a few days..the headset itself is ok, but keeps resetting itself to phone mode causing me to lose calls..I then have to reset and pair it to bluetooth mode at least 12 times a day..
Cons: Complete junk, distorts when turned up loud enough to hear conversation, cuts out less than a foot from phone. Tossed it in the trash and ordered Motorola product which I should have done in the first place. Its cheap because its a cheap built product!!!
Excerpt: Audio not clear--It would break up so badly that the people I tried talking to couldn't understand anything I would say. They would only catch about every second or third word. Didn't like that the entire top cover was the on/off switch--kept cutting off calls accidentally or it would "self-dial"...
Pros: Easy To Set Up
Cons: Audio kept breaking up, Hard To Use, Inefficient, Unreliable
Summary: The bluetooth headset was delivered before the promised date. I have been using it for the last 30 minutes now and the earpiece is very badly designed and hurts your ear. The whole purpose of a bluetooth headset gets defeated.
Summary: Not at all happy with the product and each time I use this product I get my voice back i.e. eco. I tried changing settings but no avail. will not recommend this product. Also, it's not easy to use at all, button to switch on\off the device is not at all conveniently placed and it's not at all...
