  • Excerpt: bought this headset for our office..sent it back within a few days..the headset itself is ok, but keeps resetting itself to phone mode causing me to lose calls..I then have to reset and pair it to bluetooth mode at least 12 times a day...it allows me to take 5 calls at a time before resetting itself..DON'T BUY...

Very Poor Product

Robert T., Newegg
20 September 2012
  • Pros: It looks pretty
  • Cons: Complete junk, distorts when turned up loud enough to hear conversation, cuts out less than a foot from phone. Tossed it in the trash and ordered Motorola product which I should have done in the first place. Its cheap because its a cheap built product!!!

It's been returned to the store.

Unhappy customer, Staples
3 April 2012
  • Excerpt: Audio not clear--It would break up so badly that the people I tried talking to couldn't understand anything I would say. They would only catch about every second or third word. Didn't like that the entire top cover was the on/off switch--kept cutting off calls accidentally or it would "self-dial" calls.
  • Pros: Easy To Set Up
  • Cons: Audio kept breaking up, Hard To Use, Inefficient, Unreliable

  • Summary: Not at all happy with the product and each time I use this product I get my voice back i.e. eco. I tried changing settings but no avail. will not recommend this product. Also, it's not easy to use at all, button to switch on\off the device is not at all conveniently placed and it's not at all convenient to use this product if you want to switch -off\on while having it on your ear.

  • Summary: Last week I purchased Jabra Easy Go whereas wanted to purchase Plantronics becuase of their superior quality. But Thought give it a try for Jabra. 1. The Product was in the very starting only very very pathetic in connection and pairing. 2. When connected the Answer and End button sometimes work and sometimes it doesnt work. 3. Infact lot of time I would day 90% when i pick up a call through the headset the caller is not hearable and get disconnected automatically. 4.

Just one sentence - Poor, doesn't work well

Aravind, flipkart.com
17 January 2013
  • Summary: Hi, I bought this a couple of weeks ago. I did research before buying. My need was just a basic headset that will allow me to receive calls when I drive. My experience so far is : 1. The clarity of voice call received is poor, I had to remove many times when I was unable to hear anything clear enough. 2. When the calls were made by me, the other end repeatedly asked me to speak louder and complained of noise.
