Summary: This product has good clarity and tone when it stays connected. however, it kept cutting out and I had to finish the calls with the phone to my ear- which defeats the purpose of having a headset.
Summary: Bought this type headset from Jabra two years ago and just found out the battery is not replaceable. The device is now unusable and trash. Use caution when purchasing, you device may have a limited lifetime.
Summary: Dont know if that's a problem with all ear pieces which have mics that far away from the actual mouth, but this unit was a pain to hear for everybody I talked to. May be it's noise cancelling, or may be bad hardware. I would not recommend buying it.
Summary: I bought this bluetooth to replace one just like it that I lost. The headset would not stay charged - had a bad battery or something. To bad I was too lazy to send it back for a refund. Very disappointed though.
Summary: For some reason it connects and disconnects constantly! It constantly beeps whenever it's connecting or disconnecting.. I have tried everything and nothing fixes the problem. Also.. The light that's supposed to come on when it's powered on doesn't work.
Summary: These Jabra products stop working after a couple of months. If there was a rating lower than one-star, this is how I would rate it. Not worth the money. I called the company and they basically told me "oh, well. We cannot help you.
Summary: For me, there is a collection of serious design flaws that for me is unforgivable: the back edge is actually a switch, tap it once to answer the phone, twice to redial the last number you called or received.
Excerpt: bought this headset for our office..sent it back within a few days..the headset itself is ok, but keeps resetting itself to phone mode causing me to lose calls..I then have to reset and pair it to bluetooth mode at least 12 times a day..
