Excerpt: bought this headset for our office..sent it back within a few days..the headset itself is ok, but keeps resetting itself to phone mode causing me to lose calls..I then have to reset and pair it to bluetooth mode at least 12 times a day...it allows me to take 5 calls at a time before resetting itself..DON'T BUY...
Cons: Complete junk, distorts when turned up loud enough to hear conversation, cuts out less than a foot from phone. Tossed it in the trash and ordered Motorola product which I should have done in the first place. Its cheap because its a cheap built product!!!
Excerpt: Audio not clear--It would break up so badly that the people I tried talking to couldn't understand anything I would say. They would only catch about every second or third word. Didn't like that the entire top cover was the on/off switch--kept cutting off calls accidentally or it would "self-dial" calls.
Pros: Easy To Set Up
Cons: Audio kept breaking up, Hard To Use, Inefficient, Unreliable
Summary: Not at all happy with the product and each time I use this product I get my voice back i.e. eco. I tried changing settings but no avail. will not recommend this product. Also, it's not easy to use at all, button to switch on\off the device is not at all conveniently placed and it's not at all convenient to use this product if you want to switch -off\on while having it on your ear.
Summary: I should have read the Beware review before I ordered ... as my PC does not have bluetooth ... and this product does not come with a plug and play usb ... hence unless for why I purchased it ... just did the online chat with Amazon ... confirming no issue in returning... other than I have to repackage and stick amazon label on it that they are emailing me.
Summary: It says very clearly in the description: "Plug ?n play USB adapter ensures that no installation is needed Multiuse - connects to Skype and your mobile phone simultaneously" However it does not come with the Plug 'n Play USB Adapter and that is an additional $41! This was purchased after a link on the Skype Shop which clearly shows a USB adapter in their description. Since this is advertised specifically for PC and for use on Skype that would have been helpful to know.
Summary: Looks great on paper, but the reception is so shocking that having my cellphone in my pocket, or turning my head while the phone is in the card cradle makes the headset stutter worse than Bachman Turner Overdrive. this headset has so much promise, but if it's not usable as a wireless headset, what is the point ?
Pros: micro usb charger, pairs easily, clear connection when it works
Cons: charging cable is short (5-10 cm), reception is pitiful, practically un-usable as a wireless headset
