Summary: This is a non factory refurbished product and the JANBRA warrantee does not apply. The description is misleading and does not provide adequate information. This stopped working after 5 months and there is no recourse.
Summary: I purchased a retail pack of the Jabra Crusier2 and it worked wonderfully in my wife's car. So I decided to save a few bucks and get the bulk packaging of the same product. When received it charged and connected to my phone OK, but that was all it would do.
Summary: These are used not new in bulk packaging. I received mine and it came with an AT&T phone charger not the USB cable or the real Jabra car charger. I suspect someone sent it back and they did not even check it before sending it out again. That is why they should say they are Used not even refurbished.
Summary: I bought the Jabra CRUISER2 on the 16th of May. LOVED IT!!! Excellent sound quality both sending and receiving. Very easy to set up and operate. I never used the FM setting so I can't comment on that. I'd had the unit for 13 days and it gave me a problem connecting.
Summary: Seemed to work just fine, with decent sound quality and connectivity, but the product self destructed for no reason in about 18 months and wouldn't charge or turn on. It's not a charger issue, but an internal unit problem. Too bad the warranty is just for 12 months.
Just Okay: But Only If You Do NOT Need FM Connectivity

Summary: I tried both the Jabra Cruiser and the Motorola Roadster as replacement for my older Motorola T505 which I sold to an employee. I loved my T505. It sounded great on internal speaker or on FM radio.
Summary: I used this product everyday because my car doesn't have bluetooth. This product is OK while it works. Then the speaker failed, and it becomes useless. Google and you will see this happens a lot. I was not impressed with the warranty service, and I doubt you will either.
