Summary: I recommend this headset if you are looking for a USB headset option and will be using it for long periods of time.
Pros: We use these in a number of locations. Though they are pricy they are comfortable to wear. Sound quality is good. They are lightweight but well built headphones. The noise canceling is ok (middle of the line), not as good as over-ear type noise cancelling but should work great for office environm...
Cons: A little on the pricy side... There is a volume/mute controller about halfway down the cord. It can be a nuisance, though I don't know a better place for it to be where it will always be out of your way.
Cons: Haven't been able to use it, because it's incomplete. What isn't mentioned anywhere on Newegg is that if you get this headset, you will ALSO have to get an adapter for an extra $20-30 before you can use it. See Jabra site for more info.
Summary: This device as stated is primary designed for contact centers but it is also for everything voice. This device if used for customer service work then you will need the amplifier which is the GN Netcom 850-09. This amplifier will allow the user to connect it to a PC or a standard telephone.

The earpieces are certainly geared to bring out voices clearly. This headset is a joy to use. They are also designed to ...
Cons: It's hard to really call it con as the con is mostly a benefit. The con is having to buy the proper adapter so it will fit with whatever you plan to use it with. its mainly a benefit since this method always the user to the headset in multiple situations. The down is the cost of buying the adapte...

Summary: I work in a call center, yeah, those places where you take calls non stop for eight hours straight plus imagine that wearing a big, heavy, tight, headset. Well, I was getting headaches pretty often, but they stopped as soon as I started wearing the Jabra.
Summary: Für einen Computer gestützten Sprachkurs musste ein anderes Headset her. Das Jabra wurde eigens hierfür gekauft. Es hat sogar Bluetooth, wie sich herausstellte. Das Logitech Headset H110, welches für den Zweck beschafft wurde, reichte nicht aus.
