Conclusion: I am quite satisfied with the quality of the sound. Some people may find these uncomfortable. Bear in mind that after a break-in period, they will become comfortable. Since these are over-ear and maintain a continuous pressure on your ears, I have found that when I bite down (something we all do occasionally and unconsciously), I actually muffle the sound somewhat. A minor annoyance. It seems to have improved with the break-in.
Summary: Interesting headphones.
As I first opened the box I was thinking that there may have been a mistake because they looked like they had come from a 99cent store. The plastic material on them is somewhat similar to what you see on cheap toys - believe me, I'm not being dramatic. The build on them is really good tho; they are light-weight and not flimsy at all. I did not like the ear pads at all.
Pros: Great sound quality for the on-ear sort of headphones
Summary: Having recieved an ipod classic as a present I needed a pair of headphones that did it justice. The cheapo apple in-the-ear offering are complete rubbish. I opted for the Grado SR80i's as they recieved good reviews from WhatHiFi and seemed to be the best for a sub £150 price tag. It was a big outlay for me so I was a little nervous but I have to say they sound awesome.
Summary: Har tekniskt sett ägt dessa hörlurar i ca 2 månader. Bumpar betyget p.g.a detta.
