Summary: I've dismantled and increased the sound quality with higher quality soldering and a few minor wiring adjustments however the mic can not be saved, so I'm stuck with an overpriced pair of headphones.
Pros: Feels nice, the casing is well built, has good sound and bass.
Cons: A lot...While it's good for sound quality it is not worth the $70 I paid while it was on sale, The mic started acting up the day after the warranty, and I was never able to get ahold of the company itself. once opened up however The craftsmanship is subpar, the wiring is low quality and jumbled.
Summary: The design is sleek, and the headset comfortable, but after a couple hours of use, I went right back to my failing Tritton. The feedback on the microphone was somewhat terrible. Loud sounds and music carried right through.
Pros: Comfortable Easy to set up Fairly cheap
Cons: Mic feels cheap Lots of feedback Sound quality could be MUCH better for v7.1 surround USB means no nice sound cards
Pros: Finally a quality head set with a DURABLE design! I have had so many other more expensive head sets break due to poor design & material where the ear cuff mounts to the tension band. These are great and work beautifully. My friends and family all now use these for pc gaming, TS, Vent, & Mumble.
Pros: Circumaural 7.1 lives up to its name. Dubstep music resonates beautifully with the vibration function. Comfortable, even when lying on them sideways.
Cons: The drivers package allows the set to integrate smoothly with music and movies, but mic input apps will not find the headset's uni-directional gaming mic. No voice overs for my Studio vs. 14 creations, the digital authoring software apps still haven't found this mic.
Summary: They were dispatched on the same day I ordered them and arrived 2 days later! Took me no time to install any drivers - I didn't need to use the CD provided, just plugged them in and Windows found the driver for me :) The vibration function is excellent as is the sound quality.
Uncorfortable, i would say its 2.1 rather than 7.1. Not supported by linux

Summary: Have tested this item for a few days and would say that these are worth £10 and not £40. Cheap looking, very bad sound (mine stereo sony or philips sounds better), uncomfortable for ears, poor ventilation, bad ergonomics.
Summary: + Very comfortable. + Very high quality sound. + Very useful sound tuner. - The small cd does not go into my drive. - If it had a 3.5mm headphone jack also that would be perfect. - (EDIT) After 2 years use the volume adjustment scroll is finicky.
