Summary: This headset works great, the only problems I've had is the volume wheel is on the back and if I lay back in my chair the volume can change. Not a big deal though. The default setting for sound was a little muffled, but since I configured it, it works great now. Mic could be a little longer because I have to change the sensitivity so they can hear me, but then they can hear the game, which would be negated if the mic was longer.
Summary: Overall good build , happy with the sound quality. Only draw back is that they quite sweaty after a while. Retractable mic is a nice touch. Keep the driver disk handy or copy the contents for future use, as I had to reinstall the driver after the headphones stopped working when plugged in reinstalling driver worked straight away.

Summary: I bought this headset a year ago, the first one that I got was not working properly as the volume control was disconnecting one of the ear pieces and had to fiddle about with it. The second one I got wasn't as bad but still had the same issue as the first one. The microphone was great and had good quality but now it doesn't work what so ever and does not work well with windows 8 as it creates a lot of static noise essentially changing your own voice into a robot and its...
Summary: I received this headset from my son for christmas and i find them very cheap and nasty,i would avoid like the plague. The sound without the vibration function is tinny and lacks any bass and when you turn on the vibration function it is overly bassy and distorted, there really is no middle ground. The worst problem i have had is that they only work via usb.
Summary: Coming from the Creative Tactic 3D Rage, the quality of audio is very bad. Low amount of base and in shooters the soundtrack sets off the vibration rather than gunshots or explosions. The surround effect was there after configuring the butt ugly software however was not as obvious as some products. The headset was loud but not massively loud, I use it slightly below Max volume.
