Summary: Was very excited about this product. I knew Denon was not known for speakers and now I know why. Big disappointment. Hope Bose or Beats by Dre come out with some sweat proof earbuds for working out
Cons: Not Sweat Proof, Not sweat resistant, Poor Sound, Practically No Volume, Too Much Ambient Noise, Too Much Interference, Uncomfortable
Summary: I'll start by saying that Abt has been extremely helpful, and they have definitely earned my business for life. BUT... These headphones are absolutely horrible. I was so excited to see that Denon, a brand I love, finally has a pair of sweatproof bluetooth headphones. But after going through three pairs (Yes, THREE!), I give up. Strike 1: My first pair. I wore them for a couple of weeks, and actually really liked them at first. The sound was good.
Summary: I purchased these as I wanted to use when running and carrying out my gym work, it clearly says that these head phones can cope with sweat, so when they arrived I was looking forward to trying them. Initially they were good with deep base and nice top end and were comfortable, after an hour of hard gym work I was sweating a lot and tried to change the volume, this failed and I then realised I could not turn them off.
Summary: I bought these wireless headphones because I have had several issues with wired headphones getting caught while biking, and damaging the wires. So the concept was ideal. Syncing the headphones with the iPhone was effortless. Fitting the earpieces on my ears was very easy, and the earpieces were very comfortable. The sound quality was good enough for my taste - I was very satisfied.
Summary: Died completely after a few runs... guess they are not sweat proof AT ALL. Should have read the many reviews stating similar experiences before wasting so much money on a primitive technology that does not even work. Disappointment is not the term... INSULTING is a better term for a company that has the audacity to put such a poor product on the market and sell it at such an absurd price.
Summary: If you don't care what they sound like I guess you could buy these. Considerably poorer audio quality than the standard iPhone earbuds, which are not great to begin with. They advertise "heart-pounding bass" - [not true]. They sound like a transistor radio coming from another room.I guess they're OK for exercising if you really want wireless but otherwise I don't recommend them at all.
Summary: Found these in a store, and figured - why not? For the price, they MUST be good. Didn't even use them for 10 min, most uncomfortable headphones I've EVER used. Buds themselves don't sit in the ear comfortably, backclips pinched my ears, connecting wire was too short and tugged the opposite bud out when adjusted.
Summary: I was very very excited about this purchase until i started my run and after about 1km the bluetooth disconnected. I thought it was a battery issue at first, turned home and charged them for 10 hours. I ran the next day and to my surprise the bluetooth disconnected every 10 min. For someone who runs 15-25km 3 to 4 times a week this is a real problem. Trying to connect bluetooth to your phone while in the middle of a solid run is ridiculous.
