Summary: Not an expert on sound quality etc, but these were fine in that regard. My issue is with the build quality of these, it didn't take long for the denon cap on the right earbud to fall off. The earbud then broke into two bits. While I admit that I didn't always keep the headphones in their case while not in use, I was by no means rough with them. Not happy, wouldn't buy again.
Summary: The volume is not very good, Volume controller won't even work on my Nexus 7. Simple put: Not worth the money...And I've had many earphones in the past - Expensive & Cheap. I know what I'm talking about when it comes to earphones. The only thing I like about them is they have not broke yet so reliability is good also the case you get to hold the ear buds in is really high quality. Overall if somebody was to ask if I'd buy these again I'd say NO..
Summary: These were a huge disappointment in every way except that the little carry case that came with them now holds a decent pair of earphones that I later bought from Pipe (the future of earphones!). I was initially persuaded by the Denon Brand name but, oh more's the fool me. The wires attached to the ear buds are made of totally inflexible and cheap plastic-coated chicken wire that will deafen you if you touch it or if it touches any part of your body or clothing.
Summary: I cannot recommend these earphones to anyone. The really bad fit combined with the stiff cord makes it so that a tiny jerk of the head will make them fall from my ears, or even a breeze could pull them out, when biking. The sound is great at the price, but theyre never "in" my ears well enough that i get to enjoy it much. When running I've literally got to re-adjust the headphones every 100m.
Summary: I'm sorry to say that the cable seem to have broken within 3 months ! I am somebody who takes great care (and a bit OCD too!) so I am extremely surprised by this. The sound quality is good but I am sorry to say returning to Sennheiser.
Summary: The sound quality isn't awful as some people have suggested, but the material used for the casing around the wires is terrible. The material is very stiff, so the wires get stuck in a bent position and don't flow nicely around your head/neck. As they're so stiff, if you turn your head they don't move with your head and end up being gently tugged out of your ear so you're constantly having to push them back in and readjust them.
