Summary: 2 years after purchase, the left mouse button died (double click instead of single click issue). It was a great mouse while it worked. For £40 I expected a little more for my money. Alienware isn't what it used to be since being bought by Dell.
Summary: the mouse is good feels nice looks good and you can change the colours but the button to adjust the mouse wheel from clicky to spinny is on the botton so kinda annoying when you want to change it you need both hands would have given it 5 stars if not for this but otherwise a great mouse
Summary: I though that buying a mouse from the Alienware range would be a really great experience but it was DEFINATLEY not the case. First of all the scroll wasn't working properly , I had to scroll like mad for half an hour to get it working right.Since then i didn't had problems with the scroll.Must have...
Summary: I love Alienware stuff so it kinda goes without saying that I love this mouse! It's Sooo comfortable to use, the quality is the usual Alienware standard (ie brilliant) It's not cheap (is any of the Alienware stuff?!) but if you want quality then it's gonna cost you.
Summary: Defective power cable, research into this showed several accounts on the same product, problem surfaced after their refund date, manufacturer offers no way to contact for assistance or replacement and ignores any request for such action.
