Pros: Price, sound, useful software for multiple listening modes and a real-time voice modifier, no bloatware
Cons: Foam for mic comes off too easily and is now lost, left side adjuster snapped under normal usage so I have to leave that side pushed in all the way and I can still adjust the right side (I have an small to average size head)
Summary: The last three Creative headsets that I've purchased have fallen apart only days after the warranty expired. Same with this headset, it didn't fall apart per se, it just stopped working correctly (no sound in left ear) when I reached out to their customer service for warranty, they informed me that...
Summary: Honestly I don't think I'll ever buy a Creative headset again. my Tactic3d Alpha's had the best sound and comfort but they were fragile and died after one drop. This Fury headset had an earpiece die from essentially nothing.
Pros: -Good Sound -Mic is clear -Cool sound software
Cons: -Right earpiece went out after 2 weeks -uncomfortable after only an hour or two of wearing them -not as loud as other creative headsets I have owned
Summary: This is the third set of Creative Labs headset I've bought. I've always been pleased with the sound quality but the reliability/durability leaves me looking for a different brand for my next buy. I will not buy another Creative product.
Pros: Adequate sound quality, comfort
Cons: While I've owned these headphones more than a couple of months, I probably have less than 15 total hours in them. Already lost the right speaker. I don't use the mic so I can't give an opinion on it except its detachable.
Summary: 3D sound using the USB adapter works... okay. I haven't really had a good game that stresses it yet, but using the demo with the installed software didn't really work as well as I thought it would. Still I love these headphones. Cord is perfectly long for using with your computer or cell phone.
Pros: Works with my cell phone. Works great with my computer using the USB adapter. Also works with my Sony Surround Sound System. Cord is plenty long for computer or cell phone use. Headphones are comfortable. The microphone is detachable when not needed which is actually a very, very nice feature to ...
Cons: To sit in my recliner and watch TV or play console games using my Surround Sound system, I had to buy an 4-pole extension cable. Ear cushions could get dirty over the long-run and they are cloth so they will be harder to clean.
Summary: For the price you won't find a better sounding headset. Even with the lower frequencies turned down in the EQ the bass still sounds better than most headsets in this price range. I just wish I could enjoy the bass on max w/o the crackle...
Pros: -Sound Quality is on par with most of the $100+ headsets -Mic sounds great... -Driver software is awesome. I'm constantly playing with it to get the best sound possible for everything I do. -Lightweight, these things are so light I was lifting them higher than I wanted to every time I pick them u...
Cons: No noise cancelation for the mic. I had to turn down the volume for 30-64 Hz because you get a nasty crackle from 40-90 Hz. I tried everything and the only thing that worked was turning down the output for low frequencies in the EQ to -12. You'll notice the difference in the bass, but it still hi...
Summary: For the price, these are great! I bought these because I liked the setup with the single cable for mobile devices and the simple USB adapter for the PC. It's effortless to switch between the two.
Pros: - In-line mic switch and volume -Very light and comfortable -Single cord for mobile device/tab without extra cords hanging off of it -USB adapter -Detachable Mic -Sounds great
Cons: A little snug for my head, but I'm sure it's because I'm used to the Astro wireless A40s that I primarily use. Not really a con They are perfect for my son though.
