I have had no problems for a year

Dylan N., Newegg
17 September 2014
  • Summary: From what I've used mine for (recording gameplay and podcasts, skyping and teamspeak) I think this is a fantastic buy.
  • Pros: Great price, sound quality, fit, voice, and it is super durable. I have a big head and while it squeezed my head for the first two weeks it fits perfectly now. I'm not sure how people are snapping their headsets. I've bent them, dropped them, stepped on them, kicked them, crushed them in a box wh...
  • Cons: Honest'y I'm not sure I have any cons. Maybe they don't look cool? I'm really at a loss for cons. The only one I can think of was that it squeezed my ears pretty hard for the first two week I was using it.

Decent Headset, Could be Better.

Autumn E., Newegg
25 March 2014
  • Summary: Would I buy this headset again? Probably not. While the sound quality is indeed good for gaming and general use, the overall quality of the headset itself, and the issues with the mics ability to pick up my voice, would stop me from buying them again.
  • Pros: Comfort. I never had an issue with this headset hurting my ears or being uncomfortable during long gaming sessions. They are relativity lightweight and well padded. Sound quality. I am no audiophile when it comes to my gaming headset, I really only expect it to produce somewhat deep bass (explosi...
  • Cons: The cons for this headset can start to overshadow the pros at the price point. The mic quality is fine, but it's VERY quiet, and short. So it does not reach in front of your mouth unless you have a small head, this would be just fine if it actually picked up your voice better. I often found mysel...

Cheap Plastic

Steven H., Newegg
17 March 2014
  • Summary: If you don't mind being extremely careful, or rigging them up with layers of tape/glue and other products (Maybe popsickle sticks?) These are quite excellent.
  • Pros: *Solid sound *Mic works very well *Fairly comfortable even during hours of extended use
  • Cons: VERY CHEAP, plastic. I can not express to you how easy it is to snap the side bindings just above the ear muffs. Unless you plan to delicately handle them with extra effort every single time you pick them up or take them off, I do not recommend these. The moment one of these cheap plastic connect...

Good headphones!

Jacob H., Newegg
5 February 2014
  • Pros: Very good at blocking sound and creating nice 3D sound.
  • Cons: If you're very nitpicky on sound quality and effects, you might discern some flaws. But if you're like me, just looking for some good headphones at a good price, this is a bargain!

User Review

TRAVIS M., Newegg
4 January 2014
  • Summary: Just a poorly built set of headphones. Audio came through fine when using the USB adapter, but the MIC never worked properly unless plugged into the 3.5 jack directly on the motherboard or front panel.
  • Pros: Look Nice Comfortable Decent Sound Quality
  • Cons: Cheaply Built Break Easily USB Connector Doesn't work with Mic
