Great Budget Headset--Works with iPhone, too!
27 January 2014
Summary: By Shevi "FantasyWeaver" Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R3IC8CG0EMYO3G This Creative Sound Blaster headset records and plays sound surprisingly well for its price range. My favorite feature is that it comes with a single jack for both the mic and the headphones, which means you can plug it into an iPod or iPhone's audio jack to make a video (like the one here), Skype or do Facetime.
Summary: By Smurfie It took a little time getting used to using a headset, but now, I find it to be comfortable. The sounds coming through the headset, particularly gaming sounds, are really great. The only problem I've had with it is the microphone keeps coming loose and sometimes falls out. Thus, only 4 stars.
Summary: Good sound quality and comfortable. Use them every day and have ran into a few issues, mainly due to them sometimes cutting out but that's down to software confliction. Would have liked to have some kind of toggle for the lights as other models do. But pretty good.
Summary: First off, I want to say, this headset it great!! I play Battlefield 3 and it sounds amazing. I would have given this five stars if it weren't for Creative's support/download system! They work straight out of the box, but obviously, you'll need to obtain the drivers from the Creative site. Which is easy! The only problem I had after this, was testing them on Battlefield 3. The sound was awful and the guns sounded muffled!
Summary: The headphones have perfect tone, even to my poor hearing, so much so that I found myself starting to really enjoy music again as I could hear even the quietest background instrumentals. The supplied drivers enhance your music experience by adding tonal controls, bass adjustment, and graphic equalisers for the best sound possible. Gaming wise you can adjust your voice to disguise it with several different vocal effects to add to the fun.
Summary: There are numerous versions of this kind of headset on the market now; an all-in-one solution to allow you to listen to game audio and chat to your fellow gamers at the same time, in one simple headset. This version allows you to manage the volume of both independently and also includes a mute button for the game chat. The design of the headset and build quality is very good and I've found the audio quality to be fine. Nothing amazing, but perfectly adequate.
Summary: I've been a fan of Creative products for a long time, their sound cards and Zen range in particular. However, this is the first pair of headphones I've bought from them - and they didn't disappoint me. The build quality is good and they are comfortable to wear for long periods of time, essential for those marathon gaming sessions. I've been using these with my laptop for playing games and watching movies, both of which are catered for admirably by these.
Phenomenal sound quality and design, shame about a few things

Summary: These headphones are definitely heading the right way forward, the build quality is solid, they look very stylish(in the world of gaming) and the sound is outstanding, there are a few negatives though which I will explain a bit later. Note that when it states it's a PC/MAC headset, it really means that, I tried it with my PlayStation 3 due to the dongle being USB like my other Sony Wireless Stereo Headset (PS3) , although it recognises the model, it just doesn't want to...
Summary: Packing a punchy sound, great bass and crystal clear clarity you'll probably be wondering why I've said this one is for gamers only. It has some nice styling (even if when you're wearing it you feel like you should be on an airport taxiway), cancels noise reasonably well and is comfortable to wear. The microphone itself is easily detachable, the charging point obvious and the lights on the side a nice feature.
Summary: The headphones are of a very high grade. The sound quality is excellent, especially with simulated surround sound. The software for them helps a lot too, and the headphones have several extremely useful features. The volume buttons are very helpful, but my favorite feature may be the ability to use them while charging. Not that they have even run out of power yet!
