Don't buy these
DENNIS E., Newegg

Summary: I have had two sets of these. The first one, the speaker on the mic side stopped working. The second one, the place where the ear piece mounted snapped. They have cheap plastic mounts where the ear piece screw on to the headband. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE!!!
Summary: Couldn't have been happier w/ it until just today, they'd been great. But I was simply lifting the earpieces away from each other to put the headset over my ears and one snapped, as simple as that.
Pros: Great Sound. Comfortable. Good enough range on wireless. Solid Battery (so far).
Cons: 1 earpiece broke from the headband after 9 months. Now it just dangles by the cord.
Pros: Headset performed as expected for the first 6 months
Cons: Like everyone else is saying, the earpieces break off. There are cheap plastic connectors above the base that are clearly not structurally capable of handling the tension of a headset. I won't buy another item from this company again -- that upset about this. If you shell out over $100 dollars fo...
Summary: Took a chance on this after reading some negative reviews due to past great experiences with creative products......Never again
Pros: Wireless Range is good. Noise canceling is good.
Cons: Cheap Plastic construction. Ear piece broke off after 6 months. I took care of this headset. It was not abused, thrown around etc. then tonight i pick it up to put it on and the right ear piece breaks clean off. Cheap plastic at the attach points. For the 149.99 I paid for them it would expect more
Summary: The sound quality is phenomenal and the wireless works extremely well. For the price though I expect this thing to last way longer than it did... I'm disappointed to say the least
Pros: excellent sound quality, wireless works well
Cons: after a year of use, the ear pieces snapped right off. They are only held on by two little screws in 'plastic'. At first you won't notice but after a year of use they just gave way and the headset broke right in two. I attribute this to poor design since I have taken extreme care of my headset an...
Summary: I had these about 8 months, in everyday use, and one day when i took them off my head *snap*. Right earpiece detached. Apparently plastic screws or whatever snapped. I actually was beginning to be worry a bit earlier because i felt the plastic band became slowly more flexible, headset lost its...
Cons: Cuts out from less than 4 feet away constantly. Don't even think about walking away from your computer or it will cut out. You could go farther away from your computer with a wired headset then with this piece of trash. Ear piece does not breath what so ever. Tight, pinches your ears
Summary: Really wanted to like these, and am sorely disappointed. At this price I expected a much better product. With the poor range, I may as well have stuck with corded, which I will be returning to. But it will not be a Creative product.
Pros: Battery range is average, around 8 hours I believe. Good sound and range. At first.....
Cons: Then I moved. Cannot leave room with them cutting out. I even get occasional said cutting out 4 ft from the emitter. Although a minor gripe, they do no breathe whatsoever, leaving me with sweaty ears. The
Summary: My computer is probably less than 2 feet from my head and where the dongle is plugged into a USB 3.0 jack (i've tried USB 2.0 as well) and the headset will loose its connection VERY often. I purchased these with the intent to use for gaming and music, but they are pretty much useless.
Pros: they are wireless and when they work they have beautiful surround sound
Cons: Since they are wireless they loose the connection with the dongle very frequently so that you will only hear about a one third of the song you are trying to listen to, or about 20seconds of every 60 seconds because it is trying to re-connect itself
